The hotel is in a good location; in city centre. Clean, friendly and the Australian restaurant attatched to this hotel offers nice food as well. Just that as a avid swimmer there were no pool running at this right moment. Havent used services such as laundry so cannot rly comment on service dept.

Spacious room with Hilton standards well located with good service. Coffee maker and microwave made the stay better.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did not valet our vehicle but the valet guy was very friendly and helpful with unloading our vehicle. Definitely will be returning to this hotel.

Good location.

Nice location in the center of everything you need. Oudated rooms, 2 elevators for the whole hotel so we had to wait in line for our turn. Won't book again

The hotel is located in the city center and is quite old. The rooms are relatively clean and have almost everything you need. Most importantly, it has a good location. Looking out the window, you can see the prosperity of Chicago right before your eyes.

It is very user-friendly and reflects the artistic conception of being at home! The unique cultural charm and rich artistic connotation, coupled with the clever combination of design, make people resonate with art.

The location is very convenient, the customer service makes customers feel very warm, and the room cleaning staff forgot to leave a tip, but they still did a great job. I'm sorry! 

It is very convenient to travel, and it is close to Lake Michigan and the Magnificent Mile. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and there are many police on the main roads, so it is relatively safe.

The facilities were clean and overall good for the price. I would like to stay again.
