Great place to stay to visit Alishan park! The staff are super helpful! Even with language barrier they go out of their way to accomodate you and inform you of services/tours within the park! The shuttle service from hotel to Alishan bus station was super helpful and saved us pushing our luggage around elevated roads! Room was clean and comfortable! Recommend this hotel if you’re looking for cleanliness and new vibe! View from 3rd floor room was gorgeous!

There is a lift in this hotel. Although the room is a bit small but overall quite clean.

The room is very clean and new. The stuffs are super friendly. Our bed and toilet set come with the warm feature. And it’s located right on the back of service center. We booked family room and there are space for all our luggages. Strongly recommended.

Alishan is beautiful. Our hotel room was clean and the service was very good. Breakfast is delicious. And the scenery and ancient trees are so beautiful. We even saw monkeys and pheasants! Highly recommend this place.

First and foremost i would like to compliment the lady receptionist during my stay in Dafeng. My son wss crying non stop half way through his sleep and we brought him down hoping to cool him off and the receptionist shows great empathy by tunning down the lights and played lullaby to clam him down. Very detail information given during day time upon checking in, calm and knowledgeable, friendly to all guests despite her being alone. SHE IS A GEM!!! Room wise was okay, smaller than expected. But would defibitely book there again!

Small yet very nice & clean hotel with good facilities like lift, heated toilet seat & hot water. Friendly & helpful hotel staffs.

Hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the hotel alley with some updated facilities. The front desk lady is very friendly and helpful. It was a good overall experience only wish more shuttle services are available.

Perfect hotel for 2D1N stay in alishan. Big, clean, room. Simple, tasty breakfast included. Very easy access to the park hikes, transportation, food, shopping. Special kudos to the front desk staff. They were very patient explaining what to do and how to do it. The front desk lady lent my wife one of her jackets for the early morning sunrise viewing.

Has everything you need for your stay in Alishan. Room was clean enough, though we did have at least two bugs in the room during our one-night stay. The staff is friendly but not extremely useful, as they were not able to answer many questions about sightseeing and local spots.
