Great price, quite decent quality. The hotel is a bit worn out but generally clean and well-equipped. If you need a place to stay for a short solo trip, it's an ideal option

The hot shower needs to be fixed, molds are all around the corners of the toilet and bath. I expect the hallway to be lighted throught the night, as early as 5am they turned it off so the hall way is dark when you go out your room. There should be atleast one light on. Coz it feels creepy it was too dark. When you check the fire exit way it was dirty too full of dust.

Sheets not changed with previous long hair. In the bathroom the sink was draining very very slow and some moldy around. No toilet paper in the bathroom.

I'm fortunate everything goes fine except there is a blackout the second day, reception helpful,there is some Reno works going on.

Good location with fair price. Easily walk to central world within 10 minutes.

For my initial booking I selected breakfast. I received a reply to say breakfast option was cancelled. The hotel itself was gloomy. Very little lighting down corridoors in day time. The room appeared clean at first glance but then found guest towels were folded but dirty. Bedding not ironed and dirty. Floor towel/mat might or might not have been washed since the once white colour was more brown. Bathroom not fully cleaned. No staff around at morning checkout at 8am. When I sent a message to the phone number displayed at the front desk, the return message said drop the key in the box on my way out.

A little bit old and the bathroom is smells bad

The room was nice, with a nice view outside the window. But something unpleasant happened with breakfast. 1. The front desk didn't give us breakfast coupons when we checked in, and I didn't even tell them where to eat breakfast until I asked. 2. There was no guidance for breakfast service, and the waiting time was more than 30 minutes. I went to the restaurant bar to order breakfast, and I saw that everyone was drinking a cup of light meals. So I asked the coffee maker at the bar: choose drinks first? She said yes. So I ordered two cups of coffee. I waited for nearly half an hour for the coffee to be served. 3. The waiter asked me for a coupon, and I said I didn't have one, so she asked me for my room number, and after telling me, she went to the front desk to confirm. After confirmation, she told me that the room only included one breakfast. So I had to pay for one cup of coffee, 65 baht. I thought I remembered it wrong, so I paid first and then confirmed it. I found the hotel front desk to confirm that I had two breakfasts. Then I asked the front desk to tell the staff in charge of the breakfast bar. Then the reply I got was that coffee was charged separately and breakfast was two. Then I have to wonder, did I not communicate clearly whether breakfast includes coffee, or did the waiter just let it go? In addition, the hotel shows that English reception is available, but the front desk was stunned for a long time after saying a sentence, and finally translated English to me in Thai. I waited until 8:35 at 8 o'clock, and my chartered car came, but breakfast was not served yet, so I left directly.

This time I stayed there, it was very good. The elevator worked normally. Last time, the light in the elevator was broken. It is near Central Festival Chiang Mai, convenient to travel. But unfortunately, there was a lot of dust from the mud because I went after the water level had receded.

Convenient, clean, with enough parking space, close to shopping areas, easy to travel.
