The old hotel and near with main road. A lot of noise from outside comes in the room. A/C is old and noisy. Limit parking car space in front of the hotel but hotel have another parking car away from hotel about 2-300 meters. It's quite dark but there is a shuttle service.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean and the location is perfect and in the centre of Chiang Mai attraction.

Receptionists up to managers lack service skills and problem-solving abilities, shifting responsibility to customers.

This hotel is super great a bit outside of town and easy to reach within a few minutes. The room is big and comfy and everything is super nice for the price

As per the price is cheap so the the vice is cheaper. Reception pay attention with the movie on cell phone during the night. No hair dryer service and iron you have to bring your own. It just a bed to sleep and toitel for poo

Room is clean , AC is cold , staff is friendly but parking area is far from hotel even there is a shuttle vehicle service.

Room was clean and you have kettle for hot water and free coffee. Quite noisy as it’s just next to the super highway.

A nice hotel. Lovely pool, but loses sunlight after 2pm. Location is nearby party places but not too close. You can easily turn off into more peaceful areas. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Such a well organized hotel and real nice rooms. I would book it again if I’m coming back to Chiang Mai.

Never stay in this hotel cause lack of parking spaces. Can't refund and change to other outlet. Disappointed
