Staff it so helpful but facilities it might not cover all customer bc they are 6 b but got one pool and one gym but overall it great

It is very close to Nimman Road and convenient to go anywhere. The only drawback is that the quality of breakfast is average. Although there are many foods, the taste is a bit average. I only had breakfast once during my three-day stay. In fact, it would be enough to book without breakfast, which would be cheaper.

Forget the name Travel Lodge this felt well-polished. With ascetic of an art gallery. Didnt include breakfast in my booking but went (paid extra on arrival 250thai baht). Looked specifically for a gym when booking and had one, not the best (1 resistance machine, lat pull down, free weight and cardio machines) gym opened from 06:00-22:00. The Pool looked nice but I didn't get in. It and the gym are situated on the top of the building which makes for a great view. Would stay again.

Nice and clean hotel. We booked standard triple and standard premium, the room very big.

It was ok, but not that special or perfect. There are areas for improvement specifically the staff service from front desk/lobby. We have ask several time and waited more than 30 minutes to get the buggy and end up of booking a taxi. Buggy service is offered by the hotel for guest in-house. Even we have requested memory pillows and I had to call more than 2 times to front desk to remind it and it took almost an hour. Location and foods is good, but it will be better if has more food varieties for breakfast buffet. Room cleaning service also good. The hotel is looks newly built. But the washroom needs some maintenance.

On the first day, my flight arrived early. The hotel front desk staff were very warm and helpful in assisting us with the early check-in process. After leaving our luggage, I went out for a walk, and by the time we returned still before 2 PM, but I had already received my room key. The process was very efficient, and they also thoughtfully explained the hotel facilities, their operating hours, and the usage guidelines. The hotel is located very close to the airport, about a 10–15 minute drive. If you need to get to nearby shopping malls, you can request their buggy service. The drivers are also very willing to help and solve any issues you may have. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and vegetarian-friendly, with a selection of dishes that were all well-prepared and delicious. It’s a perfect place for families to stay. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, both of which are very well maintained, clean and fully equipped. For those who workout regularly, the facilities are more than sufficient. The staff here are all friendly and enthusiastic. Please keep up the great work, your warmth truly makes guests feel welcomed.

Its location was very good to access to famous restaurant, and room was clean to stay. Breakfast tasted good and staffs were kind.

Room Twin Bed, Good Lighting, Plenty of amenities, and some upon request. Got buggy service around Nimman Road (return). Quite great, actually. Food is good

Breakfast was a bit boring while I'm more to Western food. But the taste was quite good for other choices. Rooms are clean. The reception was helpful. Just quite a distance to Nimman Road. There's a buggy from the hotel that will take you near Nimman Road. Great stay!

Location and service is perfect but the facilities are getting old especially the swimming pool. This is my second time staying at this hotel but the facilities are still the same since 5 years ago.
