The booking was not pleasant as we have mention that we wanted a non-smoking rooms but at the check-in we are told that smoking rooms was assigned. However holiday-inn team are great, even the hotel is booked at 100%, they are able to work something out and provide the non-smoking room. Booking via Trip.com is not 100% guarantee of the room that we wanted, thus please check with hotel each time booking is made, as Trip.com DOES NOT ensure anything as they mention this kind of request we will need to talk to the hotel directly since Trip.com does not have any access to talk to the hotel.

Good experience staying at E hotel. The staffs were all helpful and Attended to all our needs. Sunitha and ***i were good room keepers. The breakfast a good, though it’s vegetarian. It will be good if they start breakfast from 6.30am instead of 7.30am. This was my 2nd time staying at E hotel.

The stay for one night was good. But the rooms we booked did not have any window. So was a bit claustrophobic. Also one room was reeking of cigarette smoke. But the staff was courteous enough to change our room. Otherwise the rooms were excellent and amenities were good
