Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road Reviews

We were looking for hotels close the airport and found another Novotel at Chamiers. Beautiful interior and design. Clean room and bathroom. Reception staffs and housekeeping staffs were excellent in service. The location is perfect and closer to city centre. We are definitely returning to stay longer in the future. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Chennai 🙏

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants.Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. This is almost like a 5 star hotel, breakfast was good spread of both Indian & conti. Per night hotel stay slightly ex SGD 125 But overall good hotel with good facilities and location.

The hotel room is not clean.. The housekeeping dept needs to improve their service.

Excellent facility for any occassion. Breakfast has many selections and quality of food is good. Service can be improved a little bit by constantly monitoring availabality of items as it takes a while for the items to be refilled!

"We stayed at this hotel for a family trip and booked three rooms. The location was excellent, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, and I really enjoyed the overall environment of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, and there was a lovely coffee corner where the lady serving was super friendly, and the coffee tasted amazing. The bathroom was also spacious, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

Overall a decent compact hotel, 4 star amenities, centrally located but traffic evening rush hour time was huge. Overall a pleasant staying experience.

The location of the hotel is near to all the main place and the food is delicious

You will not be disappointed by this hotel! In short, it's excellent. The location was convenient for me to reach independently from the airport; I simply caught the metro then walked a short distance down Chamiers Road from Nandanam station. Everything about my room and service was high quality. The only minor irrigation I had was that the TV was confusing to control but this is not important. Finally, the breakfasts deserve special mention: there is a huge selection of delicious options and several staff members always available to cater to your breakfast preferences. I would happily stay here again! P.s. Check out the rooftop terrace bar/restaurant, it's a great place to relax at the end of the day.
