When i arrived at the hotel at approx (4:00am, the receptionist refused to give me the room keys saying that i would have to change the room the next day (at 12 noon) to a smaller room. However i had to leave for work. I had to leave my luggage open with the receptionist for 8-9hrs till i could come back and collect it.

I have been staying here for almost seven years. It is close to the airport and inexpensive. The hotel is not fancy, but it is very clean and maintained. Rooms have been fixed and painted freshly sometime recently, so the room looked fresh. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the a/c that I ordered was not possible in the room I was given, but I was given a good discount to make up for that error, and the fan kept things fine overnight. The area around the hotel is somewhat messy, dusty and run down. In past, I was always asked if I wanted a meal, and an employee would go out to get one for me. This time, I wasn't asked and couldn't find a decent restaurant nearby. A few good fruit stands and Rogers Supermarket helped ***** with a well-stocked medical shop run by a very friendly and helpful pharmacist.

It was clean, near to place i need to go. Ac and t v was working perfectly. Toilet was also clean. Service and management was also really good.

Location is alright if you just want to stay within 5 kms of airport. Uber mini charges would be around 150-200. Room looked clean and hygienic given the rates in chennai for similar rooms with ac in the same vicinity. However the hotel charged extra for water bottle even though it is supposed to give to water bottles complimentary

The staff was nice and very humble. There was only one minor problem with the water supply. Every now and then we have to ask them to turn the water supply. The location is near to the airport so easy transport convenience
