Family-friendly Hotels in Chengmai

Booked a parent-child room, and felt that the room decoration was really ordinary, different from the promotion, there was only a tent, a wooden horse and a cartoon pillow on the bed. The whole hotel is really old, the bathroom doesn't feel clean, there are inexplicable hairs on the sink, and the bathroom door can't be completely closed, which is equivalent to using the bathtub. The outside is unobstructed, which is speechless. I read other reviews that mentioned the hotel's flamingo afternoon tea, which comes with flamingo toys. I wanted to try to make the children happy, but there was no afternoon tea. In addition, the hotel is really economical. The lobby is so hot that the air conditioner is not turned on, so if you really have afternoon tea, it will probably feel like eating in a steamer. I took the children to swim at night, and I must spray mosquito repellent, otherwise they will be bitten to death. I also played in the amusement park, which is very childish equipment, and it is only suitable for children aged one or two. Basically, the facilities are useless. The hotel is very stingy, not worth it, and not like Hilton at all. The only thing worth praising is the breakfast, which is relatively rich and has many choices. The taste is acceptable, and the soup noodles are delicious.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful location. A luxurious sandy beach. A great place to swim. Beautiful embankment along the sea. There is a large swimming pool with warm water on the territory of the hotel, there are also hot springs. The room is cozy, large, clean with a large balcony and stunning sea views from the window. Good breakfast. Polite staff. Special thanks to the manager, whose name is Rosa, who met us at the reception. Rosa speaks excellent English, helped us in all matters. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

The hotel opened in 2019. It is well maintained. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is rich. I choose to stay here every time I go to Haikou on a business trip. I can also walk on the beach after work. The sunset is beautiful and very comfortable. The service of the hotel is also very good. The front desk girl Xiao Chen is always enthusiastic and has a bright smile. It makes people feel very warm and great🤭

Nice hotel, but needs renovation. I wish I went there when is was just built. The building and the rooms have good design (accept the glass doors in the bathroom) but are a bit old. The parking next to the hotel is huge but was full during our three days stays and we were asked to park quite far from the entrance. It was very full. The hotel is right next to the beach which is not crowed or dirty. I wish they had a basin for washing feet at the back gate that leads to the beach. I liked the garden there. The swimming pool is nice but I think it is managed by a different company since the service at the pool is very different from the hotel. But the pool itself is great, very big and clean. You may feel a bit disturbed because of the pool’s lifeguard who always shows and complains about everything. I don’t recommend the restaurant, it’s overpriced for its menu and taste. The breakfast is okay but definitely not something worth commenting on.

The hotel is located in the center of the hotel. It is in the software park, less than 3 kilometers away from the old town high-speed rail station. It takes 10 minutes from Leiqiong Volcano Geopark. The location is good. You can park downstairs. The room is clean. The front desk staff is very good. The delivery is still used for robots, very smart. The breakfast was very rich.

The hotel is very close to Haihua Island, the service is good, the room is upgraded for free, the facilities are a bit old, but the living is comfortable, the pillows are not high or low, the hardness of the bed is moderate, I slept well, there are more parking spaces in the parking lot at the door, and the self-driving tour is very suitable. In general, the price is high.

Service: I originally wanted to experience the local breakfast food, but I found out that there was nothing around after I arrived😭 After learning about the situation, the little brother at the front desk applied for a buffet breakfast for us for free, so I still have to say thank you🤗🤗🤗 Environment: Self-driving all the way is really disappointed with the surrounding environment! What we didn't expect was that the hotel is spacious and bright, and the windows are bright and clean, which gave us a little more joy...
