When I checked in, the front desk was not very welcoming, and there was no concierge to help with the luggage. I didn't feel the service, and the location was a bit remote. But the brother in the swimming pool made me feel that there was still service🤣First, one of our children went into the water without a swimming ring and choked. Then we brought another swimming ring to inflate, and found that the swimming ring was leaking and broken. The brother quickly came up to ask, and I said it was leaking and I didn't want it. The hotel is well-equipped and 5 minutes away from the beach. The restaurant has a buffet and Northwest specialties. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is convenient to access, especially there are many delicious local foods around. I went out with friends, and there was a barbecue in the hotel with beer. The hotel met all our needs. The waiter was very enthusiastic and introduced the hotel facilities and dining times one by one. I will come to this hotel again next time

There were some minor incidents during the booking process. Ctrip and the hotel were very active, enthusiastic and patient in helping to solve them. They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else. They also agreed to come here again next time.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

The location of the hotel is good, not far from the port, after taking a car to the island, the time is relatively late, and the temporary rest is one night. The room is apartment style, the decoration is more distinctive, overall satisfaction, it is recommended.

Service: I originally wanted to experience the local breakfast food, but I found out that there was nothing around after I arrived😭 After learning about the situation, the little brother at the front desk applied for a buffet breakfast for us for free, so I still have to say thank you🤗🤗🤗 Environment: Self-driving all the way is really disappointed with the surrounding environment! What we didn't expect was that the hotel is spacious and bright, and the windows are bright and clean, which gave us a little more joy... The room is large and comfortable. I came on a business trip. There is a comfortable desk and a sofa coffee table for leisure. It is also convenient to make tea. It is quite clean and sanitary. There are many food nearby. I highly recommend it.
