The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in Hongxing Bridge, away from the bustling city center, and very close to Caojiaxiang, which is packed with amazing food options! It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to the subway station. Initially, the room we got had an incredibly strong smoke smell that wouldn't dissipate even after opening the windows for over an hour. After speaking with the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even upgraded us. This level of service truly deserves a 10/10! The guy at the front desk was excellent! He was also incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. The room decor was simple and lovely, but some of the facilities were a bit old. For example, the showerhead was leaking, and the hairdryer, which should have been mounted on the wall, seemed to have been taken down because the wall screws were unstable. It was also quite noisy, probably due to age and wear. However, replacing these items is a management issue, not related to the front desk's service, but I hope they can be improved. Overall, we still had a wonderful time during our stay in Chengdu! (^-^)

Five stars, highly recommend the Huanxi H Hotel! My stay in Chengdu this time was incredibly comfortable. The location is superb; it’s just a few minutes' walk to Taishang Nanlu Station on Line 4, making it super convenient to get to Chunxi Road, Fangcao Street, and Dongjiao Memory with easy transfers. Plus, there are tons of snack shops nearby, so you'll never worry about finding food. The room hygiene was impeccable; the floors and even the tricky corners of the bathroom were spotless. The bedding was soft and fluffy, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. After a long day of travel, I could truly rest well. The front desk staff were warm and patient. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they proactively offered advice on travel routes. They were also very responsive to any requests. The room facilities were complete, with stable hot water and a full set of toiletries. The overall decor is simple yet cozy, offering fantastic value for money. It’s perfect whether you're traveling solo or with companions. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This apartment near Hongxing Bridge Metro Station is perfect for business trips! With two metro lines directly connecting to major business districts, commuting to and from work is quick and easy. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making it convenient for business dinners or quick meals. The room is spacious, with a desk and ample power outlets, so working is hassle-free. The entire apartment is quiet and well-insulated, ensuring a good rest after a busy day. It's equipped with a washing machine and refrigerator, which is very convenient for long-term stays. The concierge service is efficient and attentive, making for an overall comfortable and worry-free experience. It's definitely a top choice for business accommodation in the city center.

But the real MVP of our stay was Adam, the manager. We had an early flight and arrived exhausted at 9 AM, way before check-in. Adam personally fast-tracked our room, arranged for early breakfast, and even sent up a welcome platter with a handwritten note. He checked in with us daily to make sure everything was perfect, but never in a pushy way—just genuine, warm service. The little touches stood out: · Turndown service with chocolates · Personalized restaurant recommendations (he booked us a table at a hidden gem) · A seamless checkout with zero surprises on the bill Adam runs this hotel like a five-star cruise ship—smooth, attentive, and always one step ahead. If you're on the fence, book it. You won't regret it.

The room was spotless and well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and air conditioning. The view was amazing – you could even see the 'Panda on a Tightrope' show over the Jinjiang River from the window! It's super close to Tianfu Square, People's Park, Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li. If you have good stamina, you could probably visit all these attractions in one day. In the evening, you can even take a stroll to Jiuyan Bridge. Since we only had two days, we chose this place for its convenient location to get everywhere. The subway entrance is right downstairs, and there are all sorts of snacks nearby, plus it's incredibly affordable. It was perfect for our family of four. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The view from the window was lovely, and I was very happy with the room. It was fully furnished, even with a fridge and washing machine, making it perfect for multiple guests. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. The location is super convenient, right by Hongxing Bridge on Metro Line 3. There's a supermarket downstairs, and getting a taxi is easy. Both train stations are within a 30-minute drive, and it's close to the city center attractions, which is great for finding food and exploring. For a group, it's really good value for money during the off-season. Highly recommended! 😋

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly soft and clean, with perfectly comfortable pillows and mattress. After a long day, I instantly relaxed once I lay down. The bedding had no strange odors, and all the toiletries were provided, showing great attention to detail. All rooms have excellent natural light and clear projector screens – a massive 100-inch display, perfect for binge-watching. A washing machine and refrigerator are included, and the air conditioning works very effectively. The bathroom features a dry and wet separation design, so there's no water buildup when washing up. Hot water supply is stable, and water pressure is ample. The location is very convenient for getting around. After visiting Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li in the evening, it only takes a few minutes by subway to get back to the hotel. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. They have an underground parking lot with very reasonable fees and plenty of spaces, making parking super easy. The front desk staff (sister) was warm and thoughtful, provided clear check-in instructions, and responded promptly to any questions. Communication was smooth throughout. This hotel offers excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this place again if I return to the area, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling with companions.
