The hotel is great and very new, with exceptionally good facilities and service. It is very clean, and we got a free room upgrade. Staying at a hotel like this for this price was a huge and pleasant surprise! Highly recommended.

The room was nice and clean. There are also many restaurants nearby, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic in recommending several. Taxis are also convenient, dropping you off right at the hotel entrance. Overall, it's pretty good.

I stayed at the Niafa Hotel. The room was reasonably clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The location was convenient for getting around, and the service was prompt. The front desk staff was very friendly, and check-in was efficient. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would choose this hotel again next time.

The front desk lady provided excellent and very enthusiastic service. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the decor is quite unique. It's easy to get anywhere from here, and the room was very clean.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-decorated. The service was incredibly warm and friendly, and they even allowed dogs. They were very pet-friendly towards my dog, and they even gave a small toy to my child upon check-in. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Chengdu.

Staying at Neyar feels like discovering a hidden manor right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. This standalone French luxury-style hotel boasts incredible quality. The lobby, hallways, and rooms are all incredibly photogenic, a refreshing change from typical 'influencer' hotels. The room with a private hot spring tub was incredibly comfortable; soaking in it at night melted away all the fatigue from shopping. The bathroom's wet/dry separation, zero-pressure pillows, toiletries, and bedding were all top-notch. It's super convenient to walk to Taikoo Li, IFS, and Chunxi Road, and the Metro Line 2 Hospital station is also nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy without detours. To find such a quiet and private retreat in the city center truly made the experience exceptional.

I have to commend the front desk and butler service; they were very proactive with everything – handling luggage, check-in, ordering taxis, and addressing facility issues. It wasn't a cold, procedural service at all. The Terrace Garden Room is also highly recommended; it's lovely to enjoy the breeze and tea in the evening, and perfect for taking photos. The vanity area is very female-friendly, making it suitable for trips with girlfriends, romantic getaways, or even just solo relaxation. There are plenty of convenient snacks and takeout options nearby. Coming back to soak in the hot spring and sleep, the soundproofing and blackout curtains were also excellent. Overall, it's a winning combination of a great location, beautiful design, a healing hot spring, and attentive service. If you're looking for a comfortable and atmospheric stay in Chengdu, this place is definitely worth revisiting.

The environment was quite nice, just my style – very elegant, I loved it. Especially the hallways, they smelled wonderful without being overpowering. I personally love fragrant scents, so that was a big plus. My only suggestion would be to make the breakfast a bit more diverse, haha, I like having more options to choose from. Everything else was great, and the location was excellent and easy to find. Highly recommended! They even gave me a souvenir when I left, thumbs up!
