Working at Sichuan University, perfect location. Staff is excellent, very kind and conscientious. Only problem is 1. Hours of fitness center (doesn’t open until 8am), and 2. Very crowded pool with swimming lessons for children. While children are wonderful and teaching them to swim is important, the pool is unusable with them in it

It is antique and has some artistic conception. However, the hotel is too strict on energy saving. The lobby is dark, and the corridor is also dark. The lights are turned on only after people pass by, which makes it feel not very bright. The heating temperature in the room is too high and cannot be turned down, so it is not very comfortable to sleep. As a hotel with an ancient and elegant positioning, there is no clean and comfortable tea room. The so-called tea room is a chess and card room. Our friends wanted to drink tea and chat, but we couldn't arrange it.

The water temperature of the swimming pool in the wellness center on the sixth floor is stable and not cold at all. The hardware is OK but the software is not so good. The hot water flow from the washbasin is very small, the showerhead does not work properly, the towels are antique and the toilet does not work properly.
