The location is not good. Very far from city and metro.they have a shuttle between dedicated hours which is free Non dedicated hours I needed to visit metro which they said no. We asked for regular water on bottle which was refused The lobby and cafeteria is new rooms are old View is not good Very good to skip

My stay was ok overall; the hotel is nothing special, but it did it for me. Restaurant service was quite slow, quality of food good. Service at the counter seemed quite rushed - they checked me in while talking at the phone. I asked for a brush to clean up my business jacket (from my dog hair!) and in the whole hotel - with hundreds of rooms etc - they couldn't find one for me. Overall an OK experience, but not amazing

＜Compliments on an earlier check in ＞ My husband and I had been in Northern Italy about one month for vacation. This was our first time to stay in Hotel Belstay Milano Assago. The accommodation was for 2 nights and it was also the last stop of this trip. We would like to express our appreciation to the staff called MANUEL in the reception counter while our check-in around 11am, as it should be at 2pm. He was very nice and helpful to offer us the early check-in, cause it was most important to us while driving over one hour time to the hotel. MANUEL provided a very impressive good feeling to the guests suchlike us. In general we had a joyful memory in staying this hotel.

The room is a typical Holiday Inn, not bad, I stay there every time I go to Milan, it is very close to the highway, suitable for business trips, and the breakfast is also standard.

We received a warm welcome on arrival. Everyone spoke English very well. The room was clean. The only problem was that the room didn't have a wardrobe where you could store your clothes during your stay. Otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast was included. Lunch and dinner were not included in the price. There is a bar open during the day where you can buy alcoholic drinks. Since we were visitors in the fall, we were unfortunately unable to use the outdoor pool. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel. The location is on the motorway and easy to reach.

Although it is a bit old, it is still very clean and the service staff is also friendly. The address is on the highway, but there is no public transportation. The breakfast is OK and the gym is in the basement. Overall, it is good.

Business type hotel on the Milan ring road. The rooms are clean but dated enough, impeccable linen. The strong point is the breakfast: good and varied with quality products: excellent.
