The front desk staff is very friendly and professional, always smiling and providing excellent service throughout the entire process. The comfort and cleanliness of both the lobby and the rooms are also excellent. We typically choose Hanting when traveling in China, but my experience with Hanting Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tourist Center) 汉庭酒店（九寨沟游客中心店）Wi-Fi was very disappointing. I used it to purchase an entrance ticket online, and my credit card information was stolen. I would strongly advise against using Hanting Wi-Fi for online transactions.

Location is great. Rooms are tidy and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Very nice breakfast.

The hotel is very well located, about a 10-minute walk to Tianfu Square and the metro station. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. We stayed in a twin-bed room without a window. The room was clean but unfortunately a bit stuffy, and without a window, it wasn’t easy to ventilate. Overall, though, it’s a recommendable choic for the price.

A rare hotel , perhaps the only one, in our 20 day trip across 7 cities in China, where the receptionist spoke good English, and she was very helpful. The buffet style breakfast had great western and Chinese options, and they had excellent Costa coffee.. The price of the hotel is very good for what they offer!

It's OK. There is a small noodle shop opposite, which is convenient for eating and not noisy at night.

When booking the room, I specifically noted that it was non-smoking and quiet, and the store really did it. The room was clean and tidy, with a small window for ventilation and a wall-mounted air conditioner that could be used as needed. There were quite a few sockets and USB ports, one at the bedside and the other at the desk, enough to charge all kinds of electronic devices. Disadvantages: The hot water was slightly unstable (if the washbasin and shower were turned on at the same time).

The experience is very good, convenient for travel, within 10 minutes' walk from the subway station, close to Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alley, Wuhou Temple, etc. The service attitude is friendly and enthusiastic, the room is very clean, and I am satisfied! It would be even better if the breakfast was richer in variety and more local!

The lighting design in the room was very reasonable, bright but not dazzling, and all kinds of facilities such as TV, air conditioning, kettle, etc. were available and could be used normally. The network was also very stable, and there were no obstacles in handling work or leisure and entertainment. The hotel's geographical location is also quite advantageous, with many restaurants and convenience stores around it, meeting various needs of daily life. It is also very convenient to travel, not far from the bus station and subway station, which reduces the time and energy spent on the road. In terms of price, Hanting Hotel is very cost-effective. I don't want to give a single point for service. Our order included a breakfast each, but the front desk didn't give us a breakfast, and they even sold us a set meal. They were not serious about their work and their service attitude was really not good. The sanitary conditions were worrying. At first, the quilt was folded in half, but I didn't care too much. Everything started because of a hair. Because there were two girls living here and they didn't have short hair, they found short hair on the bed and some unknown liquid in the room. Except for the shower head, which looked clean, I called the front desk. Maybe because I didn't buy a set meal, the front desk handled it very slowly. The cleaning uncle had to ask us several times to change a four-piece set. Is this the service quality of Hanting? After a busy day, I have to come here to suffer. The sound insulation is not good, but it can't be considered very bad. As long as someone speaks loudly outside, you can hear it clearly. The only satisfactory point is that the supporting facilities are still complete. Think twice before staying here, don't offend them, they are all masters, and if there is a problem, they will think of ways to punish you! Hanting, look at your service!

The hotel is located near Tianfu Square, close to Kuanzhai Alley, Kuixing Tower, and Chunxi Road. The nearby Yuanji Chuanchuanxiang Beef is authentic and delicious. The transportation is convenient and the subway is accessible

The front desk staff's attitude was OK, and the room facilities were good, but it was not very spacious. There was only one elevator, which was too compact. It was small but complete. The overall space was not very large. I was asked to upgrade to a room with a window, but there were load-bearing columns similar to pillars, which made the space even smaller. However, the location was close to People's Park. I had no choice but to change hotels the next day.
