Response from Property: We are very sorry that we did not bring you a satisfactory stay experience. Our hotel is located on the inner side of South First Ring Road. Downstairs is the Yiguanmiao subway station, in the Heya Jiayu Building. The front desk is located on the ninth floor and you can see it when you come out of the elevator. Our hotel has all the necessary certificates and is undoubtedly a formal hotel. Hot water is available in the room as soon as you turn it on, without waiting. The free facial towels provided in our store are in disposable plastic packaging. If you have any dissatisfaction during your stay, you can contact the front desk. I wish you a pleasant journey!

When you saw that the check-out time was approaching, the front desk sent you a check-out fee information, and you started to make trouble unreasonably. If you want to delay check-out, please inform us at check-in, or reply to the message to delay. We respect every guest staying in the hotel. You think you are a consumer and a god, but you must also be a sensible god who deserves respect! You pointed out our shortcomings and asked us to improve them, but you can't make things up. You took photos of the paintings that were crooked. There was a metal strip under the TV cabinet that changed color a little over time, and you got on the ground to enlarge it and take photos. You took off the anti-collision strip of the glass door and put it in the bathroom to take photos. You didn't turn off all the lights in the room and said there was light from the ceiling. Alas!
