Friendly staff, good service and excellent location. Love the hotel!

Really good central hotel 4.5 stars ( no room service after 10:00pm). Location location location

The room was not ready when we arrived but we had to check in before we go to another meeting. They did a nice job to change the room to clean and tidy condition after we come back after. And they send traditional sweet soup which is very soothing after a long night. And the lady named “Xujie” manages our room cleaning very well for the 4 days we stay here and pretty responsive when we ask for extra cleaning due to our schedule

5star hotel centrally located. Stayed for 1 night mid June. Hotel starting to show its age in places, but still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff fantastic. We were given complimentary breakfasts. Couple of English tv channels which was a pleasant surprise. Good gym and an outdoor pool. Breakfast was extensive, but catered predominantly to local tastes; this is being picky as it was free. With the breakfast thrown in, this was great value

I like the hotel because it has a swimming pool and my child liked it very much before.

Great deal at a great location. It’s located right next to metro line 1, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. It is also walkable to many other restaurants and stores. Overall, a solid place to stay if you come to chengdu.

The hotel is a bit old, bath tub is not that clean

The hotel was introduced to be opened in the 1980s and has been renovated in recent years. I chose Minshan because I like old things. Metro Line 1 is just outside the door. About 2 kilometers away, there are Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, People's Park, and Kuanzhai Alley! I was not disappointed. I have two requirements for accommodation: a comfortable bed and bright lights. If they are not bright, I will miss home! It was good to stay for three days! The breakfast was also delicious Chengdu does not feel that the prices are very high. It is indeed very comfortable. There are panda ornaments everywhere. As long as you enter the park, you can drink tea and pick your ears! It is worth the trip! Taking advantage of the low air tickets and not many people, I arranged a trip on a whim!

The hotel is in a good location. Although the facilities are a bit old, the service is very good. From the lobby to the guest rooms, Auntie Xiao who serves on the 14th floor is very warm and considerate. The overall service awareness is very high. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will choose to stay here again.

The overall environment is good, it is an old star hotel. The breakfast is rich. The room type is old. There are two points that need to be improved: 1. The socket is far from the table, and the computer plug is far away. 2. The bathroom is cramped, especially the right side of the toilet and the shower door are too close, so you can't open your legs when using the toilet.

The hotel has a great location. It takes about ten minutes to ride a bike or walk to Chunxi Road Taikoo Li and Chengdu Museum. It is also very convenient to go to Jiuyan Bridge and other night views. The free parking lot is spacious, the buffet breakfast is rich, and the room service is meticulous and thoughtful. When you come back from the trip, you will be surprised to have a heat-clearing Tremella soup. The shampoo in the room is very good. The room price is cost-effective. It is the first choice for travel!

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Chunxi Road is within walking distance. It is also very convenient to eat around. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel is an old five-star hotel. The decoration is relatively old-fashioned, but the internal maintenance and sanitation are very good. The front desk is warm and polite. The floor attendants are also very enthusiastic.
