Chengdu Anyue Yuanshe Hotel (Chunxi Road Tianfu Square) Reviews

Just returned back to the UK after staying at The Anyue Yuanshe Hotel. We had a family parent room which was clean and comfortable. The staff are very good and a few spoke a little English. We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent, well presented and very nice. The hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to a metro station and has plenty of eating places and shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very old and very cold. Although we got upgraded to a big room the heater is not working. Room was too cold to shower and sleep in. We moved to another room that was warmer. But the furniture looks very old and stains on bedsheets etc. Corridor is empty and cold. Light sensor switches on and off on its own. Felt scary and have a heavy feeling like *******. Not a good stay for us. Distance also far from shopping area.

Very good location and well designed hotel. Walking distance to metro and easy to pickup by taxi or DiDi. Friendly receptionist but breakfast is just normal

Friendly and helpful front desk staff . Get complimentary room upgraded. Zen feel Chinese traditional style room . Will return again when I back to Chengdu.

The hotel was wonderful! Traditionally decorated but modern and new facilities at the same time. Spacious rooms that felt luxurious. Nice amenities (water, coffee,razors, shower caps, toothpaste and toothbrush, flip flops, fresh new towels)that renewed every day. There was a tea station and a nice chair for us to have a wonderful teatime. The hotel had a nice terrace like space in the first floor that was wonderful if you wanted to spend your morning or afternoon there. The personnel was beyond polite and lovely, the cleaning staff was so kind and kept our room every day spotless clean. The hotel is in the center of everything, next to the metro,next to all the nice things someone wants to explore in chengdu. I loved our time here! I hope I come back soon and I will visit the same hotel again for sure! Everything was lovely and perfectly organized! Another thing that I want to mention is the extremely helpful free access to the laundry room. We stayed for many nights so it came handy for us to have somewhere to clean our clothes. I hope I could give more stars. This hotel deserves each and every one. Thank you for everything.

Tripple excellent - Excellent Hotel, excellent Staff and Excellent location. It was my first time to this hotel and I don't want to any other hotel while my next visit. Very beautiful interior, nice and friendly staff, also center to downtown.

The hotel room is big. Staff are friendly too except one staff refused to provide a China mobile number for us to order Mei Tuan. They are very generous in providing mineral water. They also provide daily cleaning service. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

the room is spacious and clean. i love where they give you free snacks upon check in, and the toilet is separate from the shower. the bed was comfy as well. only one thing that lead to imperfection is the wifi connection is not stable, the tv can only watch 5 minutes and the line will disconnected, same goes to the wifi.

Service is good, room is big and clean. everything feels Zen. However, the room that was allocated feels alittle warm. Outdoor temperature feels cooler and we wanted the room to be cool as well. The service staff informed that the aircon will only have heater function due to the low temperature in the season. But overall its a good stay.

The hotel is really nice and well-eqquiped. The staff couldn't speak English but they are friendly and nice. The room is new and clean. I like the WC, it's big and clean.
