I arrived in the morning, and the room wasn't made up yet, so the front desk proactively upgraded me to a family room. The service was excellent. There's a washer-dryer in the lobby, so I washed my clothes that night and picked them up the next morning. The front desk folded and sorted them one by one. The room is spacious, with a Lifen hair dryer and a shower in the bathroom. It's also very convenient with smart home features, all voice-controlled. It's very close to Chunxi Road Taikoo Li and the subway entrance. The environment has that vintage wabi-sabi style I love, which is very stylish. The private garden terrace is perfect for relaxing. The facilities are all complete and easy to use. The room is incredibly clean, making it feel so safe. The butler service is excellent, and the photos are stunning. There's also free parking. I was so satisfied! Highly recommended! I'll definitely book again next time.

Service: The front desk staff and cleaning lady were incredibly nice! They upgraded our room for free. We could ask any questions directly via WeChat, which was very efficient and quick. Takeout was even delivered to our room by a robot.
Cleanliness: The cleaning lady helped us every day. Since we kept asking for water and paper towels on our first day, she provided us with two refills each time we cleaned the room. They were very visually appealing and incredibly friendly!
