In this stunning property you feel like you are staying in The Capital Panem! The design is unique and extremely high quality The rooms are very large, never have i had this much space in a hotel room.. I travel a lot but i have never enjoyed this much space, quality, privacy… The building is made from solid marble and you hear nothing, no elevators whizzing, no other guests, no cleaners… nothing, just total silence. The staff is super nice and super helpful. They are available at your service all the time and they are getting it right. The location may seem remote and not immediately located in the center of all the action. However, this being modern Chengdu, you are only ever a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from everything. Well worth staying at the Crowne Plaza. Amazing Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel was comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. My only minor niggle was that at breakfast I asked the chef for a soft yolk egg, as the Chinese prefer to cook the yolks until hard. He said no. But as I left after finishing my breakfast, I saw soft yolked eggs now available. Perhaps it was my poor Chinese and he hadn’t understood what I asked for. Hope so. Also, I’ve stayed in hotels in China that provide real bacon for breakfast, not the reconstituted stuff lots of places use. Sadly, this wasn’t one of them. I live in hope.

Amazing hotel! Everything is as per the pictures, lovely and friendly staff, always ready to assist. Breakfast was amazing, variety of choices and affordable at 65rmb. Shuttle drop off and pick up to the panda base Swimming pool both indoors and outdoors. I will surely book again Gave my daughter cake for her birthday which was really great

This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us. The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

I booked a room during the National Day holiday and traveled with my 2-year-old child. The hotel arranged a baby bed for me. The service was good, and I received welcome fruit. The room service responded quickly. There were many types of breakfast and the taste was good. I would like to praise the breakfast manager, Li Xiaofeng, who took the initiative to give me a set of disinfected children's tableware when she saw me taking the children's dining chair. This is great! The room hygiene needs to be improved. The area next to the bathtub is not very clean…

It was my first time staying at Crowne Plaza Yujiang. The service provided by the guest relations manager Tayler was exemplary! She followed up the whole process from booking to check-in. Seeing that I was an IHG Diamond member, she took the initiative to coordinate the upgrade of the executive room type and also thoughtfully prepared office equipment and meeting guides. The hotel is conveniently located, only a 10-minute drive from the Wuhou business district. The rooms are well soundproofed and suitable for business negotiations. The breakfast noodles and Sichuan side dishes were very popular with me. The private hot pot restaurant recommended by Tayler was even more amazing! Professionalism and warmth coexist, highly recommended!
