Very big and cosy room in a very nice location, Western style and very new. I stayed only two nights and was very satisfied with everything. The hotel staffs were very nice and kind. Also made sure to understand a day earlier at what time I was going to arrived so my room could be ready me. Breakfast was very much ok a mixture of Chinese and a little bit of western.

The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to reach all attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Breakfast offered a rich variety and superb quality. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also fantastic; the food was wonderfully cooked and delicious. Even as a Southerner, I found the flavors perfectly to my liking! The cleanliness was also impeccable. This hotel is undoubtedly the top choice when visiting Chengde, and its number one ranking is absolutely justified!

I must give the hotel a big thumbs up! The service staff of the hotel all had smiles on their faces. After arriving at the hotel, Xiao Sun, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Cao were very enthusiastic and the check-in procedure was quick. If you encounter any needs during your stay, contact the front desk and they will respond quickly and solve them appropriately. They truly think about what the guests want and address their concerns. It makes you feel at home, the room is very clean, and the location of the hotel is also very convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!

Love this place ! Stayed 3 separate times. Once last year and twice this year. Nicest hotel so far in china I’ve been to. Honestly can’t beat this hotel for the price. I went before the 7 day holiday and during it. Was way more expensive during it but still amazing Modern, friendly, great bathrooms, customer service and an insane breakfast Wife mentioned we are repeat customers and they gave us free spa coupon which was great.

Environment: Close to the Chengde South Railway Station Square, with the high-speed rail station across the road, suitable for friends who want to catch a train. The building is very new and the equipment and facilities are basically complete. Service: Good service attitude. Breakfast is outsourced and is served in a restaurant in the square downstairs.

My stay at this hotel was simply great! Let me talk about the cleanliness first, the room was cleaned very clean, whether it was the floor or the bedding, it was spotless and made people feel very comfortable. Lying on the bed is particularly safe. The facilities in the room are also quite perfect. The air conditioner is very good and the temperature is very good. Other electrical appliances in the room are also functioning normally and are very convenient to use. As soon as you enter the hotel door, you can smell a faint fresh smell. This fresh atmosphere makes people feel relaxed and happy as soon as they enter the room. The front desk service of the hotel is very attentive and smiling. Overall, the service and equipment of this hotel are very good. I will choose to stay here next time I have the opportunity. I highly recommend it to everyone! It is very close to Chengde High-speed Railway Station, which is convenient for travel and accommodation. The hotel is equipped with restaurants, swimming pools and gyms, which are convenient for entertainment and dining. The overall environment is good and the service level is very high.

The room was newly renovated, and the amenities were basic but perfectly functional. The staff provided warm and friendly service. My only minor gripes were a slight lingering smell from the renovation and that I was disturbed twice by street noise, around 1 AM and 3 AM, as my room was street-facing. Nevertheless, it was a decent stay overall.

Booked this hotel for the National Day holiday. The hotel room is very large, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the front desk staff on duty is very considerate. Hot water was provided when it was cold, and they helped to store my luggage after I checked out, but a deposit was required for accommodation.

I am still very satisfied with the hotel's environment and services. The hotel is an above-ground parking lot. The overall facilities and equipment of the hotel are very comprehensive. Dining in the hotel is convenient and the breakfast tastes very good.
