Location is easily accessible. Lots of food varieties and touristy areas being just a stone throw away or a 10mins drive away. Service within the hotel is the best where they start from offering a warm cup of tea upon stepping into the hotel. The staff is a friendly as your personal concierge that look into your daily requirements! From offering different pillow type to sending personalised message card with mini fruit basket. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Chengde!

Front desk and hotel staff were very helpful! Felt very welcomed during our stay and also customer service was helpful afterwards when we called back and asked about a bag we left. Views around the location is great too!

This hotel is clean and it is free from smoke smell . Have robot to send up the shaving kits for me .

Meets all expectations. Can't fault anything. Bottled water everywhere.. no limits. Free coffee at the reception too. Free traditional costumes for the photo moment.

Front Desk staff was truly helpful and exceptional. Good varieties of food offered during breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything good.
What would have been better is the breakfast, to have something more continental for european guests.
But otherwise we felt like home
