Hung Cuong Hotel Reviews

Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below. Positive feeedback: 1. Clean Room 2. All the facilities in the room well maintained 3. Beautiful Bathroom 4. Comfortable bed and pillow. 5. Bottle water provided daily Negative feedback: 1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room) 2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person 3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures. 4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate. 5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.

Khách sạn bình thường. Làn 1 nhà nghỉ thì đúng nghĩa hơn. Không có gì đặc biệt.

Rất ok

We stayed only one night but we did not feel comfortable. The sheets in the room were not really clean, soap was placed only in the shower, air conditioning worked but made such a weird noise. Sleep was not good because of the noise coming from the street. Poor breakfast, a la carte. Worst coffe I have had in Vietnam

Very clean room with air conditioning. Great bathroom. Seems recently renovated. Great location in the city. A bit sparsely equipped. No bedside lamps, no hairdryer, soap dispensers are full but don't work. This hotel needs a bit of love and attention. Corridors very noisy because of echo through tiled corridors. If there are screaming and arguing children playing in those corridors you are very unlucky.

I have been traveling to Asia regularly for 12 years, this is my second stay in Vietnam and I must say that this is the worst service I have experienced in a hotel! Of the two people at reception, neither speaks English! The bed mattress is as hard as a board! The breakfast is tasteless and more than basic! And to make matters worse, this is the first time that I have experienced that my room is not cleaned or tidied after one night! In summary, despite the price which may seem attractive, as well as the promising photos, absolutely AVOID this hotel during your stay in Chau Doc.
