Good location, perfect service, can watch firework from balcony

location was great but the facilities were bit old... I expected Hilton would be better but overall was just ok... so I cancelled my 2nd night and left for Naha after one night.

Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

The room is big n clean. The view n staff is good. Location is good.there is a bike shop across the road had a wonderful n easy bike ride . ( very short though- 5 mins to left n right end ,left to the beach, right to the restaurant along the coast )

Second time staying in this hotel, swimming pool is large and with laundry machines, bfast buffet not many choices, receptionist good to remind us to better have bfast before 0900. Free parking . Thank you for the birthday 🥳 champagne

It was very nice resort and Staffs were nice and kind. Accessbility of American village is very nice. I will visit again when I come to Okinawa.

We have stayed here twice! It’s so nice and I love the hosts and staff! The location is so close to everything and the pool is so fun.

First of all, you can stay in the American Village or not. It is a small town with many American izakayas. The old houses are renovated and painted in bright colors. It is not big. There are almost no shops to visit. Most of them are American fast food, izakayas, and ice cream is very sweet and can't be eaten. The overall feeling is dirty and messy. This is my first time to visit Okinawa and I will definitely not stay in the American Village next time. Kadena Base is very desolate and there are few planes taking off. Just pass by and take a look. The Hilton Hotel is very worthless. The sea view is not as good as the cheap DoubleTree by Hilton. The service is average. The room is larger than the MB Terrace Gallery Hotel, the view is good, and the facilities are four-star. There are many slots. The bedside table socket has no electricity, and the control panel is bright at night. The advantage is that the air conditioning in the room is very quiet, and the bathroom has no odor and is very easy to use. The restaurant has only buffets for breakfast and dinner, which is not very exquisite. There are many American restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you don’t have to order meals. The minibar of this hotel is empty, there is no bathrobe, and the slippers are like those in the 2-yuan store. You even have to deposit a credit card. The swimming pool is useless in the off-season. There are no activities to play in hundreds of rooms, and there is no feeling of vacation.

The hotel faces the sea, the rooms are spacious, and it is quiet in a busy area. The staff is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to introduce places to visit and hotel facilities. The American Village is just outside the door, and it is a one-stop solution for eating, drinking and having fun. There are planes taking off and landing at the nearby air force base during the day. The soundproofing of the hotel room is good, but if you are very sensitive to noise, please consider staying in other areas. In short, the experience of staying this time is very good.
