Around 5 mins taxi to the entrance of ancient city, great view, excellent room design, particularly like the bathroom design! Exceptionally comprehensive gym equipment, neat and stylish gym environment. Helpful staff who helped to arrange taxi and recommend restaurant. Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor. Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.

The hotel is right in the ancient city, and it is very convenient to go to the hotel and the surrounding attractions. The courtyard is very distinctive and very exquisite. The staff are warm and friendly. Miss 005 at the front desk helped to take the luggage to the room on the third floor. When checking out, the luggage will be taken to the hotel door. Miss 009 and other handsome guys are very polite. Some small requests are responded to quickly, which is very considerate. Thumbs up👍. The breakfast is freshly made, one for each person, the portion is just right, and the oil orange juice tastes very good. A personal suggestion: there is music in the bathroom of the room. Although the sound is not loud, it can still be heard after closing the bathroom door. It would be best if the music can be turned on or off in the bathroom. Overall, the experience in all aspects is still very good, and I will come again when I have time in the future.

You can consult shopping, itineraries, food, etc. after adding WeChat. Since it is not the peak season, the clerk also upgraded my room, thank you very much. The breakfast coupon is at the Kueh Teow shop next door, and the taste is good. I have to mention the French fries delivered by the bar on the 3rd floor in the evening, which are delicious. I was already full, but I couldn't help eating a lot.

The location of the hotel is OK, there is a parking lot at the door, it feels more suitable for those who drive nearby. The environment is small and exquisite, and there are gifts for check-in, which is very thoughtful. The only drawback is also a common problem of this type of house, the sound insulation is not very good. When I checked in on May Day, there was an energetic child upstairs, who was still running back and forth at 11 o'clock in the evening, and started shouting and running up and down in the corridor at 8 o'clock in the morning... It was a bit scary, and I didn't sleep well. Everything else was good...

It's great that the B&B has a parking lot. When you enter the door, you can see the tea bar and book bar, which are quite unique. The room you booked is on the second floor, with a large floor-to-ceiling window that allows you to directly see the mountain view outside. The room is large and well-planned, equipped with tea sets, tea leaves and mineral water. The bathroom is spacious, with a lighted mirror and a bathtub for bathing and showering, which is quite thoughtful. There are leisure chairs outdoors, and you can see the swimming pool downstairs. It is quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast for two and free tickets to the Tea Museum are provided. In general, this is a value-for-money B&B and is highly recommended!

Two bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms, spacious and comfortable, as well as kitchen utensils, etc. It is very pleasant to make breakfast in the morning. There are also tea sets and very good single bush tea in the living room. I went to the nearby vegetable market and bought mixed fish to make bean sauce and fried, and bought oysters to make quail eggs. It feels like home here, I like it so much, and the towels, toiletries, etc. are also very good. The janitor uncle and the supervisor sister I met were very kind, and Xiaomei in Chaozhou was definitely No.1. If you come here again, it is still my first choice.

It is said that it is a small apartment, no one manages it, it is hosted to the Vienna hotel downstairs, the promotional page has a balcony, the luxury mountain view is set, it is actually half a window, where can the mountain view be seen! I came to Chaozhou for a holiday with my wife. I saw that this praise was quite good and the price was high, so I decided with the mentality of trying it. I didn't expect to be unexpectedly satisfied. The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is also very good, the wife is very satisfied, and the most important sound insulation effect is very good!

Xiaoding at the front desk personally took us to the room and the service was very attentive. Since we needed to wash clothes at night, we asked the hotel to provide more hangers, and the waiter Xiao Rong quickly delivered them personally. Overall, the hotel's environment, facilities, hygiene and services are excellent. We stayed two nights and the whole experience was pleasant.
