If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the area well connected to the train station, this is it. Everyone in the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and specious, although if you are a non smoker better inform the hotel to prepare a room without the cigarette smell. They have Chinese style breakfast. During the weekdays, with only few guest, there weren't much choice, but everything was good. During weekends with more guests there were a lot of options. Only if they have real coffee, not instant... Hot Springs Area was additionally paid 88 per person, open 14-21. It was a very nice experience, but expect a lot of people during weekends. Unfortunately while inside, you cannot to go to the hotel restaurant to eat something, but you can order waimai. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and big thanks to the front desk staff for all the support 😊

Excellent service specially 比西 at the front desk, we don't know how to use DiDi and taxi is never available so he use his DiDi to get us a ride then teach us how to use Alipay on my phone, that's a must have in China, thanks to 比西 he saved the day, thanks again.

Ii recently had the pleasure of staying at Hans XiHu for a three-day trip, and I am thrilled to say that we made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic experience. First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

Good location with bus station right at the door step@ abeit on the other side of hotel. Hotel is clean and modern with catch phrases around the room to light up your days. The service staff is polite and answer to all questions asked. Just like the other hotel near by there are eateries around the hotel and at each corners and they open till late night. It is also near Teochew West lake, and about 30 mins walk away from Teochew Old Town where all the attraction located. We booked with breakfast and it is delicious with some nice local Teochew cuisine, and to me you can coupled with your hotel booking or purchase for one of the day you stay.

續住了一天，去逛了開元寺及廣濟橋，人真多呀！酒店的保潔大姐非常親切，還給介紹了當地人常去吃飯的地方，早餐也不錯。

Apart from the location being OK (actually it is still quite far from the ancient city, only two or three stops away) and plenty of food nearby, everything else is just so-so. The rooms are not big and the service is nothing to write home about, just like an old state-owned hotel with a bit of an old feel.

The hotel lobby is elegantly decorated and very clean. There is a self-service bar next to it - the flower tea tastes good. The room is also large, with good facilities and affordable prices. The room is clean and sanitary with complete basic facilities - the bedside also comes with a data cable, so you can charge it if you forget to bring it. There is also a door-to-door laundry service, which is free. Recommended ~ Chaozhou is also a good city and worth a visit

The room is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is timely. The stay is very comfortable, not far from the ancient city, and you can go to see the light show of Guangji Tower and Guangji Bridge at night when you are on a business trip.
