位置很好，房子在小巷裡，巷子裏有許多小店，巷口對面就是有名的“劉卜鹵鵝”，順着劉卜鹵鵝店往前走就是西馬路。離開元寺、廣濟橋走路十多分鐘就能到。
房間乾淨衞生，設備齊全，智能馬桶，還有一個浴缸，熱水出水量很大，洗澡舒服。

最大的優勢是位置，酒店在古城裡麪，離景點都不遠，走走就到了。但不滿意的有幾點，第一，衞生間裏出現了幾衹蛾蠓，卧室床頭有蜘蛛。第二，晚上10點多回來民宿大門已經關了，需要給老闆打電話才告知密碼。古城店鋪很多都11.12點才關門，古城又有很多夜景，店家本可以在入住時提前告知幾點關門並告知密碼。第三，第二天上午出去溜達的時候，同行的另外一家習慣離房把東西收好箱子合上，我們不到12點回來退房的時候，他們的箱子在沒有任何告知的情況下被拿出去放在前台了。雖然後來老闆解釋説是另外一個房要退房搞錯了。但也説明瞭民宿的管理太不規範。
