I give five stars here for the housekeeper JOY, the manager Airice and the front desk staff who helped me check in and change rooms yesterday. Their service attitude, enthusiasm for solving problems and response speed are very satisfactory and competent. For a CATEGORY 1 5-star/5-diamond hotel, the breakfast is already very rich. The noodles are very filling, and the hot and cold dishes are also rich enough. The software of the hotel is basically impeccable at this price, but the hardware is really a bit bad. This is really for the owner/boss/management of this hotel. You can't continue to rely solely on the high efficiency and quality service of the staff to deal with the hardware problems that come with the hotel itself. I live in a high-rise suite, and there are so many problems, which is really not right. The problems of air conditioning, bathroom sewers, etc. mentioned in other reviews are all there, and I won't say more. But I think the air conditioner is obviously controlled in temperature, and it is not set too low in winter, so that costs can be controlled. Anyway, there are complaints from guests, and your staff can only explain and solve them with great effort. I have encountered too many such situations in China. It is really strange that the air conditioner in the bedroom of the first room does not work. And the water in the shower is hot water, not cold water, and it is too hot to take a shower. The sewer in the second room has a very serious odor, and the whole room is full of odor. Fortunately, the bed is very comfortable and I slept very well. I will explain again that this paragraph is for the owner and management of the hotel. Your employees are very good and responsible, but there are many problems with the hardware of your hotel. Some guests raised them a few months ago, and they still exist now. That is the problem of you who sit there but do nothing. Thanks again to JOY, AIRICE and other staff. You have worked hard. I feel that Chaozhou is not a particularly pet-friendly city. There are not many high-end pet-friendly hotels and B&Bs. This one is good enough. Parking is also convenient. When I come to Chaozhou again in the future, I will stay at their hotel for the service of JOY and AIRICE's team. Just hope that the issues I listed above will be resolved by then.
