From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming, and the check-in procedure was efficient and fast. Especially Miss 007 also patiently introduced us to the hotel's facilities and interesting places around, which made people feel warm. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, all facilities are available and can be used normally, the bedding is soft and comfortable, so that we can have a great sleep experience during the tired journey. Besides, the hotel staff, whether they encounter or need help in the corridor, always smile, respond and help solve the problem as soon as possible. The service in the restaurant is also very good, the dishes are rich and delicious, the waiter can pay attention to our needs in time, add tea and pour water, change tableware, etc. are done very well. In short, this hotel is not only excellent hardware facilities, but also first-class service. It is highly recommended to everyone! I will choose here for future travel, great!

Clean and well done in detail. It's really spotless. Quiet environment, peace of mind, intimate service. The facilities are very new and the smart toilet feels particularly good in winter. There is also hot mineral water supply at the front desk. I have lived a few times, and it is more comfortable than the nearby high-end hotels.

Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

During the Spring Festival, I brought my family and three children to Changzhou to play, and booked Zhongwu Hotel in advance. Very satisfied! The duty manager Wang Jinyuan was enthusiastic and patient, and gave us the best service during our stay! Special thanks to him! The room is large, the bed is large, and an extra bed can be added. Each child can sleep in his own bed and it is very stable. The environment is beautiful, the dining is good, the Chinese restaurant can deliver meals to the room, the buffet restaurant is very cost-effective, and the Japanese restaurant has good ingredients, all delicious!

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the room is large, and the room type is upgraded for free! The facilities are complete and the location is easy to find. There are supermarkets and pharmacies around. The whole house is smart, freeing your hands. Like it 👍

The location of the hotel is impeccable, only 5 minutes from the subway station, on the side of Qingguo Lane. The loft room is great, the kids can run up and down the stairs, there is a projection downstairs which is great for watching movies, and you can use the room card to upgrade your cup for free at the Starbucks next door, limited to one cup.

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks. Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China. Overall recommend to stay in this new hotel.

The room facilities are complete and the room is clean and tidy. The air conditioning is not good and it is too cold. However, the lobby manager sent a heater at night and turned it on to keep warm all night. The next day, I was given a free late check-out until 14:00. It is very user-friendly. The front desk service from check-in to check-out is very good. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location with complete surrounding facilities, including restaurants, fruit shops, etc. The parking lot is a little insufficient. If you go late, you have to park in front of other people's cars. The breakfast is simple, but there is sufficient supply of freshly ground coffee, noodles, and fresh fruits. There are apples and drinking water at the front desk. The overall feeling is good. The downside is that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in could not heat up at night. After the waiter re-adjusted it the next morning, it could heat normally.
