我14:10分左右到的，告知門廳服務員需要行李車，但是已經沒有了，我就先去辦理入住，訂的兩晚的親子房，説還沒有打掃好，需要等到15點問我可以等伐，我看攜程上寫的就是15點入住我沒有意見，就和家人就大堂坐了會兒，15:10左右我再次去詢問，還是説沒有打掃好，要再等到16點，我就回復詢問一個小時還沒打掃好？前台小姐姐態度還不錯回覆房間太大需要時間，正好旁邊雙床房的人也是來催入住他們回覆的也是沒有打掃好需要再次等待，期間還有其他人來詢問同樣的問題，之後大堂經理（應該是Rock Zhang）過來處理問題，我就再次提出疑問，畢竟攜程上寫的退房時間12點，就算延遲退房你大可以和我説前房客退房晚所以打掃需要時間或者直接告訴我十一人手不夠，結果大堂經理看着電腦屏幕抬頭和我説我的訂單是特價，我簡直驚呆了，我問他我的疑問和特價房（這也是有故事的，不是我自己要訂的特價房，如果他當時幫我掰扯下去我會和他説到底）有什麼關係？看不起人？作為大堂經理服務行業這樣處理事情的？我一説他不響了，説親自去看下，下來直接給了我房卡，説阿姨最後在收尾了，最晚15分鐘肯定能好，我就再等了15分鐘，結果上去阿姨還在打掃，第一天打掃的阿姨態度很好，事情就過去了。第二天我們房間裏沒有水了要水，路過遇到打掃阿姨問她要，她就很不耐煩的説不是每天都有水的🙄 然後説説房間，親子房開業一年多了吧，還是有味道，空氣凈化器房間裏已經沒有了，衹有一台除濕機，就五星級來説的酒店裝修有點粗糙，淋浴花灑已經壞了。真的説的難聽點，就拿開元老牌五星酒店來説，設施舊是舊了點，和萬怡這麼新的酒店不能比，但是服務真的好，所有員工走到哪裡就很親切，走到哪裡都很禮貌，萬怡是走過去看都不看你，不知道高高在上點什麼[汗顏R]室外泳池裡有樹葉掉落，也不清理，我以為泳池不開，結果看到沒多久就有人下去游泳了 地方比較偏，好在環境不錯，旁邊就是舜山小鎮豬豬樂園，倒是可以住個2天悠閑玩玩
