Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.
