The second stay, the first stay felt good, so I chose this hotel with my relatives and friends. The downside is that the bed is not cleaned. When I moved the bed, I found garbage on the ground and asked the waiter to clean it up. There is also the dog barking downstairs in the middle of the night, and the puppy disturbs the people haha. The sound of the truck in the early morning was also very noisy. (It may be because of the window opening) The window may be less noisy. Overall good, it is recommended that the desk can arrange the downlight. The child's homework is not too dark.

The location of the homestay is unique, the front is the mountain, the back is the bamboo sea, you can live in the room with such a view, beautiful and beautiful 😄

GGuest UserWe planned the May Day trip in advance and took our baby and parents out to play. We chose Changxing as our first stop and booked a room in advance. I was very satisfied with the service. The housekeeper Leilei was very considerate. She called me one day in advance to ask about the arrangement of the room orientation and arranged it for me in advance. When we arrived the next day, Leilei sent us the location and arranged the room on the same floor for us [strong][strong] She was also very thoughtful. She gave the baby a small gift when we checked in. The room was quite large with a wide view. The night view was really beautiful at night. Leilei recommended places to visit nearby. 1. Perfect facilities. There are more than 30 rooms, which can be solved by eating, playing in the water and climbing mountains.

The housekeeper was sweet and considerate, and responded to every request. The surrounding attractions were introduced in detail, and the Halloween program was also informed in advance. I only stayed for one night and extended it for another night. It was a happy trip! The only small flaw was that I bought a shuttle bus ticket, and it was raining and windy when I went out, so I decided to drive to the zoo. As a result, I didn’t get a refund for the shuttle bus ticket. Although it didn’t cost much, I hope there will be some improvement and more humane!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for three nights during the Spring Festival. The price-performance ratio was too high when I booked it on New Year's Day. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were all L'Occitane, and there was a Dyson hair dryer. There was nothing to block the view from the hotel. I watched the fireworks for a long time on the fourth night of the New Year. There are supermarkets and many restaurants across the road, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there were too few waiters during the Spring Festival. I couldn't get enough food for breakfast, and I often couldn't get enough milk. I had to take turns to fry eggs and noodles, and I was too busy. It was not until the sixth day of the New Year that it was relieved. Obviously there were more waiters. The lobby was very cold, and it felt like there was no air conditioning, but the room was quite comfortable?

SSam - HangzhouIt was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc…
And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes.
The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

The only weird thing was that at early morning a lady open our door room to give us some water. Was polite but weird to get somebody trying to get to your room with you there.
