This is an excellent hotel, breakfast is excellent and service is good. One suggestion is to mark room clearly as smoking and non-smoking room, which is international convention and will meet foreign traveller’s expectation. The second suggestion is provide different quilt for different season.

Not much English communication possible. They state they have laundry service, but they don't.

There is no doorman and you can carry your luggage by yourself. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel has good food, much better than the small restaurants outside, and the environment is better, so you don't have to eat outside. There is a midnight snack in the evening. If you are not hungry, you can skip dinner and have a midnight snack. The water in the shower room in the room is not good. After taking a bath, the water floods the mountain. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night.

非常不滿意的入住體驗。我們是下午入住，帶着父母和孩子，行李非常多，老媽抱着在睡覺的孩子，老爸去停車，我問保安能否拿行李車，保安拿了説等等你自己推上去哈，諮詢了全台説門僮沒上班你自己推上去吧。一般情況是不會要求幫忙推行李，實在是拿不過來，我拿起手機要拍，才有人上前幫忙。入住前備註了需要小童物品，也沒有給。房間我覺得衞生普通，未使用咖啡杯有茶梗，床尾帶很臟。房間有味道。固定淋浴的底座沒有釘緊，電視設備落後。這樣的三人間要700多，單間要快500，號稱五星級完全沒有享受到服務，無法接受。

酒店環境不錯，房間挺大的，我們是兩大兩小出行，兩張床可以拼一起，睡得很舒服。酒店服務員態度好，有含早餐自助和夜宵自助，餐食也不錯，泡豬腰真的好吃。距離長汀古城也近，不論打車還是共享電動車都很方便。據説還有恆温泳池和健身房，但是帶娃去長汀古城玩，沒有體驗到。
