The service and hardware are very good. The 1.5-meter double bed is especially suitable for a family of three with a baby. The only drawback is that the bedding is not clean. I always feel itchy all over my body when I sleep all night. The baby and the father also feel the same. The hygiene of the hotels we stayed in during this trip to Jiangsu is not very good. Is it because the cleaning lady is not working during the Spring Festival?

The front desk service was very attentive. I needed to print documents, and the front desk was also very enthusiastic to help me solve it. It was very considerate. It was very heart-warming to meet such good staff when I was on a business trip. The hygiene of the guest rooms was also cleaner than that of star hotels. The details are particularly well done.
