It's a newly opened bar. The guy who checked me in was not very experienced. He had a small QR code sign in his hand and asked us to scan this and that. He ran from one bar to another. I don't know what he wanted to do. If you need any help with any task, just tell me directly. I will usually try my best to cooperate. The environment is very good, but the hygiene is not good. There are two hairs on the stool when I entered the room. The curtains are a bit too long and don't look beautiful.

I arrived late after a long day of travel and meetings. The reception was efficient, and I found the room clean, well-lighted, and airconditioned. The shower was excellent, with lots of standing room and no flooding onto the floor. Breakfast was posted at 7:00, a little late for me, but when I stepped in at 6:45, the kitchen workers welcomed me and even helped with the coffee machine. I will return to Changshul often this summer and will be sure to stay at the Pulisi again. :-)

This hotel is my first priority because of location near to mall and all necessary requirements for business trip, and room environment and wipes always make me happy for longer stay and staff are super friendly even language difference but they always supportive.

He was always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable all the time. Whether it was providing recommendations for local restaurants or helping me navigate the city, he was always available to assist me.Overall, my stay at Changshu International Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Changshu. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing their outstanding service once again.

The room was very nice, with a good view and spacious space, which was very satisfactory; but the breakfast was extremely simple, a renovated guest room, with a fixed portion for each person with no choice, porridge, bananas, noodles, and fruits. It was a bit varied, but the overall experience was weird and not very comfortable.

The underground garage is very convenient, the hotel environment is superb, and all the services are great. Snacks are given to the children when checking in and out. The front desk service communication is patient and meticulous. It was a great stay!

Pros: The room is relatively large, and the things are relatively complete. There is a bedside table, which is convenient to use. Each room comes with 4 bottles of water, and you can get a bowl of noodles at night, which tastes okay. Cons: The previous tenant in our room spilled crayfish soup on the carpet, and the smell was very strong and could not be removed, but we tolerated it. The key is that the room is close to the road, which is very noisy during the day. It is a little better at night when there are fewer cars, but overall the noise is still quite loud. People who have trouble sleeping should be careful when placing orders. Although we went to the front desk to see several rooms, they are actually similar. The front desk said that no one had said that their room was noisy, which made me doubt myself as if I was looking for trouble? There are also rooms that are not very noisy, but they cost more than 300 yuan, which is not cost-effective...
