We really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are very luxurious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We especially appreciate Rambo He the concierge downstairs helping us call a cab and loaning umbrellas. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating as we were traveling with a toddler. Our hostess Anki Zhang provided a bib for our baby, Cora Gan helped us refill our water, and Daryl Wang at the dim sum station helped us with all the delicious food options.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Swimming pool and food was amazing. Great hotel.

New, clean and nice hotel. Comfortable bed and large room. Nothing much nearby except one mall. Great pool.

We decided to visit Changshu on a whim and chose Hyatt to stay for two nights. We were given executive treatment, afternoon tea☕️ and light meals in the evening, which was a great surprise! The hotel is located on a high floor, with a simple and light luxury style, a wide view, and a panoramic view of the Kuncheng Lake! The hotel has dry and wet separation for the bathroom, smart toilet, and Dyson hair dryer. The hotel's buffet breakfast is very rich, the dining environment is comfortable and warm, and the food and scenery are pleasing to the eye. Next time you come to Changshu, Hyatt must be the only choice! !

The room was clean and hygienic. Xiao Guo at the front desk was warm and friendly. My son's mobile phone was left in the room and he finally helped to find it. Thank you! The breakfast was rich and delicious, well-organized and not crowded. I will choose Hyatt again next time.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found that I had only successfully booked one of the two rooms I requested. Two unknown older sisters in the restaurant helped in time, did not dislike the vomit, and poured hot water for the child to drink. Finally, I would like to thank the cleaning aunt on the 22nd floor. I stayed in the room in the afternoon and evening and didn't feel that I wasted my time. Special thanks to the on-call service, five-star + quality, and Xiao Meng at the guest service center. The only thing that needs to be improved is the TV. It is better to increase the variety of TV and movies. Of course, it can be projected on the mobile phone. It may be too demanding to require the number of varieties. When we checked in, it was the second and third day of the first ***** month. Many restaurants near the hotel were closed, but there were still three good restaurants, such as Jianghai Yudu, Southeast Hunan and Jiangxi Cuisine, and Taste Hotel. We chose Weijue Hotel, the private room is very traditional, the dishes are large and delicious, the proprietress is very enthusiastic, and she also told us the origin of Kuncheng Lake Hyatt and Bosideng. Overall, it is worth recommending. All real feelings, suitable for self-driving stay.

The hotel environment and service are great! I especially want to praise the breakfast at the Hyatt Hotel. There are so many varieties. The toppings at the noodle stalls are actually radish and beef brisket. The beef brisket is very big and tastes very good!
