This hotel is my first priority because of location near to mall and all necessary requirements for business trip, and room environment and wipes always make me happy for longer stay and staff are super friendly even language difference but they always supportive.

The staff even with limited english were amazing. They helped us navigate a problem we faced while traveling. They were extremely patient and understanding. The cleaning service was also really efficient. The room was quite nice as well.

The supporting facilities of the new hotel are generally good, but there is a problem that the room phone cannot be connected to the front desk, the basic communication response is not guaranteed, and the equipment failure is confirmed later. Xiao Chen's attitude is friendly and apologizes in time, and the handling attitude is worthy of recognition. At the same time, other service links need to be optimized. If you need to arrange room cleaning and drinking water supply when renewing the room, you should take the initiative to contact the guest to collect or deliver it by robot in time during non-lunch breaks after the express delivery to the front desk. The hotel has just opened, and there are some details in the initial operation. I wish the hotel can actively improve the shortcomings and make continuous progress to provide guests with a better experience.
