Hotels in Guanyao Resort, Changsha

Technically, I am not reviewing for this hotel but a Sister Hotel tongguanyao lijing hotel because this one is currently under renovation. They swapped me to a suite instead, was I pissed yes, did their service make up for it? Also, yes. Their service staff was really attentive, especially with the turndown service

The room I entered was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout. The facilities in the room were very complete. The bed was soft and comfortable, and you could feel the warmth of home as soon as you lay down on it. The room is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and high-definition TV. The service quality is top-notch. From check-in to check-out, there are dedicated personnel responsible for every step to ensure that guests' needs are met in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the high quality of the staff and their attitudes in all aspects. I recommend this hotel. Especially the service of Miss Jia Shi at the front desk is very good.

It's the first time I came here to play in Wangcheng. I made an appointment to go to Tongguanyao Heipi. I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu, so I booked this hotel directly. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. The check-in at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I recommended some delicious restaurants around. The air conditioner works really well, and I can sleep until dawn. Of course, this trip is very happy.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is very good, and the surrounding environment is also good. There are large supermarkets and the University of Forestry and Technology. You can just walk around. It's very nice and comfortable.

Ok, the hotel did not provide me with toilet paper, but the environment is good, the room is relatively large, but the hotel light is not very bright, I think at least I can't read a book.

Staying at Beichengmen Inn this time, I feel great! First of all, we have to praise Yu butler, the service is warm and thoughtful, responsive, the play strategy is accurate and intimate, and the warm reminder is always too reliable. The environment of the inn is quite good, quiet and pleasant, with lush green plants, making people feel happy. The room was impeccable, the sanitation was clean, the bed was clean, the bathroom was odorless, and the living was super assured. And the facilities are well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the hot water is sufficient, and the Wi-Fi is also very powerful. In short, I highly recommend this inn, and I will choose it next time I travel, it is great!

I have stayed in many hotels, and this is my favorite hotel. The hotel is right on the bank of the Xiangjiang River. The waiter said that it is the northernmost end of the Xiangjiang River. You can see the Tongguan Kiln behind it. The entire Tongguan Kiln is very spectacular, and it feels like the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The staff are also very nice and solve any problems quickly. I accidentally booked the wrong room type and was nervous in the room, but they still adjusted me to a satisfactory room. The program in the scenic spot is very rich, probably because of the Internet celebrity concert, there are a lot of people, there are also a lot of snack vendors, I can feel the ”festival” atmosphere, not bad, very good

The hotel is very grand and has a good location, close to the scenic spot. It's just that the security guard at the door is a bit stubborn. When the car stopped at the door to drop off passengers on rainy days, he kept saying ”You can't park here, a leader will come soon”! It was the third day of the Chinese New Year, and I was in a bad mood! Fortunately, after entering the lobby, the front desk was very enthusiastic, with smiles, tone, gifts and room upgrades, which made people feel relieved! The room is large, with a balcony and bathtub, sufficient heating, and comfortable bedding! It would be perfect if the TV could cast the screen on the phone! There are many varieties of breakfast, and rice noodles are a must. But the child ticket supplement of 98 yuan/person is too expensive!

My husband likes this style, so he ordered it based on this gatehouse. The park is bigger than expected, I arrived late, the parking lot signs were not clear, and it was a bit difficult to walk a long way with my luggage and meet the shuttle bus. I can only say that the park does not support the B&Bs enough, and the B&Bs are still good. There are a lot of places to eat around, so it's very comfortable to go shopping at night, and the entrance is also very lively during the day. Surprisingly, it is a marriage registration office. After leaving the scenic area, we also visited the surrounding ancient streets. The transportation is quite convenient. 

This homestay is very good First of all, the overall maintenance is very good 🍽️ Western food is even more amazing, the grilled sausage platter and meat sauce pasta taste very authentic, making people have a endless aftertaste. 🤤🤤 👨🍳 Western chef Xiaokong's cooking skills are superb, and every dish is like an artwork. 🎨 🙍♀️ The butler's service is also very thoughtful, always meeting our needs in the first time. 🌟 🛀 You can also go to the pool to relax and start a good day. 🏊♀️ Highly recommend to everyone! 👏👏
