Hotels in Wanjiali Square, Changsha

Great place to stay if you have an early trip at Changsha Railway Station. Hotel was easy to check in, no smoke/cigarette smell. The room was clean, beds were comfy, AC and heater were working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get too hot and stuffy without it). They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym and free self-service laundry and dryers (instructions and buttons were in Chinese) Although taxis/DiDi can't drop you off directly at the entrance as the hotel is located at the side of the train station and cars are not allowed there. If it's raining, ask them to drop you off a little further near another train station entrance and just walk straight through the rows of stores to reach the hotel.

Although hard to find initially, this hotel was adequate for my needs over two nights. The hotel is located conveniently near to a few subway lines and shopping malls, but that's about it. There's not much to do around the area, most tourist sites or worthwhile restaurants are about 3kms away or further and need a taxi ride/subway ride. The hotel itself feels pretty clean and modern, my friends rooms felt quite clean and modern but my room was old, dirty and weirdly designed. I think it was a family room previously and instead of doing any real renovations or decorations they just removed the extra bed. Some of the walls have childrens drawing on then in pencil, others are just filthy. The space of the room is massive but there is only one small table and chair. My friends who paid less or the same had two chairs or even a sofa. My room felt weird overall. Breakfast was standard, I'd recommend the noodles made to order over the premade buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall my stay was good, but I really really hope they do something about the room I stayed in....

Who knows, family members! Doranda V PLUS Hotel is really amazing! As soon as you enter the room, the stylish decoration makes your eyes shine. The bed is soft like a cloud, and the whole house is smart and can be done with a shout. There are also super delicious goodnight desserts in the evening, and you will love staying here at first bite. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and there are so many things to eat and play around. I will come again next time!

Free pick up service very useful for my mum who has difficulty in walking. Check in is a breeze. Breakfast is the awesome with a mix of local and western fare. The housekeeping made an extra step to wash a pair of my socks.

The environment is very good, and the front desk girl was also very friendly and booked for another day. Metro Line 5 Gaoqiao North Exit 1 is just outside the door, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is large, the air conditioning and soundproofing are also good, and the air conditioning effect of the elevator is very good. This is a great hotel, and I will recommend it to more friends.

How should I put it? When I checked in, I asked not to be given the last room or a slightly quieter one, as I am sensitive to noise. Then I was given the second-to-last room facing the street, which was too noisy for me. I changed the room the next day, to the side that was not facing the street, but it was given the room next to the elevator fire extinguisher, and all kinds of noises outside were clearly heard. Damn, I just want to say that it can't meet my needs no matter what. Another point is that the hotel is large, but the restaurant is very small, and it is too crowded in the morning. The room type on the first day was not bad, but the room next to the elevator entrance on the second day was not good.

設施：新開業酒店，設施齊全，房間很新，有設計感 衞生：乾淨整潔，一塵不染 環境：不管是大堂還是客房走廊，都有淡淡的香味，舒適宜人。馬路對面就是揚帆夜市，但是隔音很好，沒有噪音 服務：工作人員都很熱情，特別是給我房間打掃衞生的客房大姐，在走廊碰到會微笑問候。續住打掃的時候可能是看我們自己在外面買了水，特意多補了兩瓶礦泉水放冰箱裏，非常貼心。長沙是個熱情，有温度的城市，下次來還會選擇這家酒店。

I forgot my power bank at the hotel. The hotel staff promptly contacted me and placed it at the front desk to avoid omission. I am very grateful. This hotel is the best for a 7-day trip to Hunan! Booked a family room, room was spacious for 3 adults with some nice features built in . Individually controlled aircon/heating system. Separated wc and bathing toilet. Overall one of the better hotel I have stay in China so far. Surrounding are their residential area which also means many amenities nearby. Just a few mins walk to metro station.
