We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Right downstairs, there are well-known milk tea and coffee shops, and it's also next to a modern shopping mall, which was perfect for quick bites and shopping. The hotel service was excellent, with delicious breakfast and even evening snacks, which made us feel truly pampered. The room was clean, comfortable, and especially ideal for families with teenagers, as they could enjoy their own private space within the room. We highly recommend this hotel for both its convenience and hospitality!

CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.

Amazing hotel. The doorman went above and beyond to assist us by taking our luggage’s to the room and explaining what facilities are available in the hotel and what is good to eat. The room itself was good, although the air conditioning was not working and we could hear the neighbours talking from our room.

Because of my limited driving skills, the brother at the front desk was enthusiastic and polite to help me drive to the main road when I checked out. It was a very pleasant experience. I will stay here again next time.
