Hotels in Yuelu Mountain/Meixi Lake Park, Changsha

For our family trip to Changsha (2 adults, 2 children), we were looking for a conveniently located hotel as we planned to visit Changsha Fantawild the next day. We initially considered Wyndham, but then discovered the Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel, and our stay there truly exceeded all expectations. Our booking was for a triple room, which included breakfast for three. The hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was a standout feature: instead of the usual standing in a queue at the front desk, even at other luxurious hotels, we were seated at individual counters for a personalized and smooth process. Elevators require key card access to select floors, and even takeout deliveries are brought to your room by a small robot, ensuring excellent security. The room was incredibly comfortable. Upon entering, there's a spacious walk-in closet, followed by a large floor-to-ceiling window. There were two beds that could be pushed together. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and there were two sinks along with a vanity table. The absolute highlight was a small bathtub positioned right by the floor-to-ceiling window – I even managed a relaxing soak before checking out on our last day! Everything perfectly matched the hotel's promotional images. We were so captivated upon entering that we completely forgot to take any photos. I thought the breakfast was just average, although there was a good selection. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a petting zoo. I heard the pool is an infinity pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check it out. The petting zoo is quite small but perfect for a quick stroll with the kids. The entrance tickets were complimentary from the hotel, though a feeding package cost 20 RMB per portion. Each room is supplied with 6 complimentary bottles of Bama mineral water daily, and the free tea selection even includes two pour-over coffee packets. The hotel is directly accessible from the Culture Center station on Metro Line 2. From the metro exit, you can walk straight through Jinmao City Shopping Mall to the hotel, avoiding any sun exposure. It's a true all-in-one destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the Cultural Center is right next door. My only regret is not booking for two nights!

The hotel is good. When I came out of the Liugoulong subway entrance, I found a Chayanyuese and bought a cup of Chayan. No need to queue. There are many small stalls at the subway entrance. There are stinky tofu, fried noodles, fried rice, and braised food. It is full of fireworks. I like to eat it. It is more suitable for friends who like snacks. It's very close to the hotel. The front desk is in the lobby on the first floor. Xiao Fang at the front desk is also very welcoming and check-in is quick.

I must give a thumbs up to this hotel👍The experience is good, the location is good, and the environment is good. There was a little embarrassing thing when checking in. My friend booked the wrong hotel for me, and then my phone was running out of power. Mia at the front desk patiently helped me check and took out the charger for me during the process. After rebooking, the processing speed was also very fast. Then the room was also fully equipped, clean, and there was no odor in the bathroom. The cleanliness party said it was extremely comfortable. It can be seen that the hotel has made great efforts in hygiene. The room is spacious and well-planned. There is no sense of crampedness in general hotels. It feels particularly comfortable to stay. The whole person can relax, the bed is comfortable, and the gym and swimming pool on the third floor are also very nice.

The reception service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with good sanitary conditions. The beds, furniture, toilets and other facilities were complete and functioning properly. The service staff responded to our needs in a timely manner, such as providing additional toiletries, changing bed sheets, etc. They were all very enthusiastic in receiving us without being impatient. It is close to the business district and has complete surrounding facilities. It is very convenient and worth recommending. It is very cost-effective.

The front desk was very considerate and the recommended restaurants nearby were delicious, with authentic Hunan cuisine. Yanghu Ramada Hotel is of a higher grade, the front desk service attitude is very good, the transportation is also very convenient, there is a subway station 200 meters away, and you can see the hotel when you look up from the subway station, it is easy to find. The restaurant environment is very good, I love the noodle soup. The facilities and equipment are complete, and the laundry room is what makes me feel good after staying in so many hotels. There are also many attractions nearby, there is a Yanghu Wetland Park, which is only ten minutes' walk away, and the scenery is pretty good. In summary, it is very good and satisfactory. If I come to Changsha again next time, I will choose Ramada

It's quite a nice hotel with lake view. Location is a short walk to metro station. However, the hotel does not have a cafe for dining (except for breakfast) or room service and nearby F&B is limited. They do allow food delivery and breakfast was good though. One of our rooms was filled with smell of cigarette! They extended 1 hour for late check-out

This time I stayed at the Hotel Indigo Changsha, and the overall experience was very pleasant! The design of the hotel continues the consistent ”neighborhood culture” characteristics of the Indigo brand, integrating Changsha's city life and Xiangjiang elements into every detail, from the retro art installations in the lobby to the dialect wall paintings in the guest rooms, full of ingenuity, and it is very photogenic to take pictures. Guest room experience: Although the room is not particularly spacious, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is comfortable, and the Bluetooth speakers, smart toilets and other configurations enhance the convenience. I especially like the Changsha specialty tea set by the window, which is thoughtful in details. Service and catering: The front desk responded quickly, and the staff enthusiastically introduced the surrounding ways to play; there are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is online, and the rice noodle stall is a highlight.

Nice room - very clean and comfortable! This is my second time booking this hotel and they treated me very well with afternoon tea and good breakfast, even gave us water bottle and a cute souvenir when we checked out😊 I would definitely recommend to friends and family if they go to Changsha🥰 thank you for the warm welcome and would love to come back next time❤️

The environment is very good, the facilities are very new, the location is convenient, it's only five minutes away from the subway station, the sanitation is very clean, and the service is good! I will continue to patronize next time
