This experience exceeded my expectations, so I would like to comment manually: The room is clean and quiet, in the high area, with sufficient air conditioning (a little too much 😄), no noise, and fruits and snacks were provided, which warmed the hearts and stomachs of guests who arrived at the hotel late at night. Although the breakfast variety is not particularly rich in five-star hotels, it is delicious and of good quality. The customer service is very warm and friendly, especially the check-in front desk lady and the concierge brother. When I checked out this afternoon, the power bank and power supply were left in the room. Because I was waiting for the car, the two helped me get the power bank back in time, and the brother also took the trouble to help me take down a very thick book. Thank you again, it's very heartwarming. The only drawback: sometimes it takes a little time to wait for the elevator.

Late arrival worked good. Checkin Was very fast and easy. Unfortunately the room was way too warm, the Window was opened but that was too hot! Airport condition did not manage to cool down the room to the defined temperature. So even if trying to sleep while the air condition was really noisy it did not really help anything. It was not quiet anyway without air condition, the noise was way too much from the outside. Breakfast was cold, I guess because we took a later one, but still in time. Enjoyable for a stay directly at the railway station nut not recommended for vacation trip.

The check-in experience was good. The guy who checked me in upgraded my room and arranged a late check-out. The room was also spacious, clean and tidy. Welcome fruit was given after check-in. The clothes were also good and I had a good sleep. The only suggestion is that the breakfast should be better managed. When I went downstairs to have breakfast that day, I checked and put it at the door of the restaurant, but I found that there was no seat at all. There were still a steady stream of guests coming in to have breakfast. As a result, I could only eat a few bites at the bar after getting the meal. The breakfast noodles were a bit delicious🤣

The hotel is 1.4 kilometers away from the South Station subway station. It is best to take a taxi from the subway station. There is a large viaduct entrance and exit at the entrance of the hotel. The sound insulation is good and no car noise is heard. It should be convenient for self-driving tours? The room is fully equipped with basic electrical appliances, and there is a mobile phone charger at the window (it seems to be charged). The room was basically clean when I checked in, and I wiped it with wet wipes to avoid dust, but I found a snail shell on the chair leg by the window. I don't know what happened. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and a vending machine on the first floor. You don't need to go out to buy food and drinks. The picture shows the viaduct entrance and exit that you need to pass by when walking to the hotel gate.

Howard Johnson Hotel Changsha South Station, which I chose this time in Changsha, is really great! As soon as I arrived at the front desk, the staff greeted me warmly, checked in quickly and efficiently, and also intimately informed various precautions. During the stay, if there is a problem, I will find the front desk. They always smile and help solve it as soon as possible. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the experience was superb. The breakfast is rich in variety and meets different tastes. The location is super close to Changsha South Station, just a few minutes walk away, and it is super convenient to travel. Next time I come to Changsha, I will stay here!

The hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

I chose this hotel because I was accompanying my child to an Eggy Party competition and needed a place close to both the train station and the event venue. It turned out to be a really good choice. The hotel is a convenient 7-8 minute walk from Changsha South Station and also offers a shuttle service. It's equally close (7-8 minutes walk) to Pingyang Station on Line 4, and Wuyue Plaza is just a 5-minute stroll away. The location is truly fantastic, big thumbs up! Upon checking in, we found a crack in the window glass in our room. We notified the housekeeping staff, and shortly after, a young woman came to assist us. I forgot to get her name, but I remember a cute Strawberry Bear sticker on her key card! Our original intention was just to report the broken glass, and we weren't particularly concerned about changing rooms. However, she insisted on moving us to a new room and even presented us with a complimentary fruit platter. The apples, peaches, and apricots in it were all incredibly fresh and tasty. The hotel's response to unexpected issues is truly impressive and very timely. Our room offered a view of trains arriving and departing from the station, which both my child and I thoroughly enjoyed. Another big plus! The air conditioning in the hotel elevators is incredibly strong – another definite plus! The laundry room is exceptionally well-equipped and thoughtful, featuring seven washing machines, including one specifically for children. All seven machines come with a drying function. There's also a spacious outdoor terrace with plenty of hangers, making it very convenient for air-drying clothes. What's more, key card access is required for the laundry room, adding an extra layer of security and convenience. All these aspects get another thumbs up! Breakfast was standard but satisfactory. Food items were replenished, and tables cleared very promptly, which I appreciated. Thumbs up for that too! If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to add a friendly notice in the laundry room, politely reminding guests to retrieve their clothes promptly after washing. On my first day, when I went to do laundry, one of the seven machines was in use, and the other six, though finished, still had clothes left inside. The front desk mentioned they couldn't remove guests' belongings. I waited for ten minutes, and no one came, so I had no choice but to take out the previous users' clothes to do my own wash. While this issue stems from guest etiquette rather than hotel service, a gentle reminder from the hotel could certainly help. All in all, if I return to Changsha, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I fell in love with this hotel the first time I stayed there! It's very close to the high-speed rail station, and they also send you to the station for free after check-out. It's very friendly to people who catch the early train! From the front desk to the guest room to the cleaning staff, they are all very enthusiastic, and their service attitude is amazing! The room is clean, warm and has a sense of design. The bedding is very comfortable, and I feel very safe staying here~ There are many kinds of breakfast, all kinds of noodles, hot and delicious! It’s located next to the train station, it’s about 10-15 mins walk. It doesn’t make sense to take a taxi, as drivers get angry about such a short distance. The bed is comfortable, bed linen and towels are clean. Hotel is okay for one night.
