Everything was great! WiFi worked well, the hotel was close to a subway station, there was warm water readily available, it was also very quiet, I couldn’t hear any neighbours. One small thing to improve - the AC doesn’t make the room cold enough - I could only lower the temperature in the room to about 25-26 degrees, even though the AC was set to 17 and full power.

Given the low price I was stunned at the quality of the room. It looked completely brand new, exactly like the promotional photos. The staff were kind and friendly, and the location was extremely convenient for the HSR station. If you have an early train I can’t recommend this place enough!

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Changsha was definitely the right decision! The rooms are excellent and very spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The full range of amenities is incredibly convenient: there's a washing machine, a gym, and the underground parking even has EV charging stations with direct access to the hotel lobby. They also provide complimentary drinks, which were a welcome refreshment after a day of sightseeing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, offering direct subway access to Orange Island. After navigating the bustling crowds at Wuyi Square, returning to the hotel's quiet atmosphere was particularly enjoyable. The buffet breakfast, served until 10:00 AM, was extensive and delicious. It featured freshly prepared rice noodles, local specialties like stinky tofu and Tangyou Baba, plus a wide variety of stir-fried dishes, cakes, and milk. The photos truly reflect the hotel, so you can book with confidence. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good, there is a special snack street near the hotel, which is very convenient, the surrounding environment is very good, there is a supermarket next to it, there are various restaurants downstairs, and there are supper shops in the evening, with a lot of food to choose from. It is very close to the subway line 5, exit 3 of Muqiao station, which is very convenient. I will consider staying next time I come. Very satisfied

room was comfortable: excellent bed, washroom plumbing, lighting fixtures. included are hair dryer, kettle, flat iron with board, tea, coffee, bottled water, slippers, TV. air conditioning was excellent in our room. included breakfast was quite good, with mostly asian but some western food elements. coffee machine was consistently serving warm coffee, not hot. some drink carafes were not identified. orange juice was terrible, not natural tasting. noodle soup station was great! person at breakfast entrance had a sour unhappy look, but lady cleaning tables was always smiling and cheerful. in general staff was very helpful, we appreciated that. overall, i would definitely recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

The location is superb! The hotel itself stay right next to the station on maglev entrance side. At first as foreigner, it quite confused to looking for the hotel but know later as it the same location with Echarm. The reception staff on the night shift can communicate English very well for check in process but on the morning he cannot speak English at all (he not understand even basic English like ‘check-out’). The room and common area is very clean, they also have mini mart in the hotel as well.

The hotel is convenient to the train station. 8 minutes by taxi. There is also a shopping mall behind the hotel which has McDonald’s, KFC a few other restaurants, cinema. The hotel itself is not generally bad, but they really need to find a new cleaner. The cleaner looked like a student. As soon as we enter the room, I found hairs on the floor, hairs in the sink and shower ! The bedding was stained by food !! Dust behind the TV. Really poor cleanliness and poor management control of quality. Find a new cleaner and I would come back.

I chose this hotel for my conference trip to Changsha primarily due to its convenient location near both the high-speed rail station and the exhibition center. The breakfast was quite substantial, and the hotel staff were very well-trained. In particular, the room attendants always greeted guests proactively. What truly stood out was that a room attendant proactively and thoroughly cleaned my shaver – an exceptional detail I've never encountered before in any 4 or 5-star hotel. It was such an unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture. A huge commendation to this room attendant! I hope the hotel rewards her for her outstanding service. Highly recommended!

This hotel is definitely worth recommending! The environment is quiet and elegant, the room is well soundproofed, and you can have a good night's sleep without any disturbance. The lady at the front desk had a friendly smile and checked me in efficiently and considerately. I asked the lady to do some laundry and she had a washing machine and provided drying service. After the clothes were washed, they were carefully sent back to the room, which was very heartwarming! The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the mattresses are moderately soft and hard, which can make you feel refreshed and relaxed. The details show the quality, the service far exceeds expectations, and the price-performance ratio is extremely high. It is a must-buy for your next trip! ! ! !
