Wonderful stay! It's located at the WUYI square opposite IFS. Nearest metro station is around 5-10min walk. The services are wonderful! Free laundry and drying service and also free airport or train station luggage delivery. Ive arrived early morning to Changsha and they offer free luggage storage. When departing, my flight is at night time, they helped me to deliver my luggage to airport so I'm luggage free and able to go few more places without burden! Replied WeChat messages fast and solve my problems well! Wonderful, good job 👍

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated just minutes from exit 8 with direct underground access to the metro station. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a vibrant array of shops, eateries, and restaurants, offering plenty of options right at your doorstep. I stayed for two nights and appreciated the unique setup of the lobby, located on the 7th floor. The front desk staff 叶子 were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. My room was impressively spacious, featuring stunning city views that added to the overall ambiance. A thoughtful touch was the toilet bowl's washing features; however, the absence of AI assistance in the room was a slight drawback. Breakfast was satisfactory, providing an acceptable start to the day

Wow, from the moment we stepped in, the service was already beyond our expectations. The manager, Ms Talita (譚妞） not only brought us to our room, she also upgraded us to a better room (due to the transition period of air conditioning). The room was a Japanese style design. On the day of departure, Cindy personally called the cab for us and escorted us to the car. Thus, the service was beyond 5 stars. The breakfast was good though not great. The staff even came to ask us for improvement suggestions. Overall, I would still rank them with 5 Stars !

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the free laundry services. Provided free collection and delivery of clothes, unlimited pieces Free delivery luggages to airport. Only flaw is Aircon not cold at times.

Great place to stay if you have an early trip at Changsha Railway Station. Hotel was easy to check in, no smoke/cigarette smell. The room was clean, beds were comfy, AC and heater were working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get too hot and stuffy without it). They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym and free self-service laundry and dryers (instructions and buttons were in Chinese) Although taxis/DiDi can't drop you off directly at the entrance as the hotel is located at the side of the train station and cars are not allowed there. If it's raining, ask them to drop you off a little further near another train station entrance and just walk straight through the rows of stores to reach the hotel.

This is a modern luxury hotel located in the city centre of Changsha. It is about 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Xinjiang Middle Road Station metro (just cross the road and turn right). It is 1 station away from Orange Island and also the main shopping street in Changsha. Check in was fast and the reception can speak a little english too. Forgot her name. She was very friendly. The room at this hotel is luxury and without any smoking smell too. What a relief. Buffet Breakfast is luxury and good. They even have ice cream for breakfast. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in Changsha. Highly recommended.

Front desk helpful. They will call u and check on u when u check in/out their room. They even have a free cocktail and warm porridge which they serve u in the evening. Location wise near metro station and dining are within walking distance.

It really is a luxury hotel for a cheap price. I had the cheaper room with view on a concrete wall, but the features are great. Bluetooth sound system going through the room, large recreational space, modern and spacious bathroom. Too bad the staff engaging was not friendly. But apart from that, it’s probably the best hotel I’ve ever been in this price range.

This hotel is very amazing. The location is the best, just only 1 min from Wuyi sqaure exit 1 by walk. The room was clean and comfy. The staffs were very helpful. So we recommended to others. And I will come back again next time. I love here!

Book a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room. The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper. Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.
