Hotels in Qia Tongjun Square/Nanjiao Park, Changsha

My stay here was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room type. It was super convenient to have takeout delivered by a robot directly to my room. The bathroom featured a thoughtful wet/dry separation design. Taxis were easily accessible near the hotel, and there's a subway station just a 6-7 minute walk away. Plus, there's a Chayan Yuese (a popular tea shop) right downstairs. Overall, a great experience!

We booked a family suite with twin beds, which included one bedroom and a living room. The environment was excellent – quiet, comfortable, and without any strange odors. It even had a bathtub, and having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming. Card access is required to use the elevators, which made us feel very secure. We also enjoyed a beautiful night view of the Ferris wheel from our room. When we checked out, they thoughtfully offered us water for our journey. The only slight downside is that the location isn't as convenient for transportation as staying right by Wuyi Square, but this also means it's wonderfully quiet.

The hygiene is impeccable, and it is newly opened, so it is very clean. You have to swipe the elevator card to go upstairs, and the waiting time for the elevator is not long, which is very convenient. The takeaway food was also delivered by a robot, which is very smart. The service is even better, and it will be delivered to you immediately if you need anything. There is also a laundry room, so you can wash and dry dirty clothes after a day of playing. Parking is also very convenient. I love it so much, I will definitely come again next time.

The room faces Orange Island. I booked it for the river view and didn't have much expectation for the facilities and environment. But when I arrived at the hotel, I found that the facilities were new, clean and elegant. Modern style smart decoration. I would like to give special praise to the front desk lady, who is responsible, enthusiastic, warm, beautiful and gentle. He also recommended me nearby food and travel tips. When my glasses were broken, she helped me find tools to fix them. I checked out in the morning and left my luggage at the front desk. She also helped me enthusiastically when I encountered some problems in the evening when I was catching a flight. (Actually, she could have ignored it. Please praise the young lady, boss). The cleaning lady is also very serious about her hygiene work. She helps me put my shoes and cosmetics in order, even though they were in a mess, and replenishes my toiletries every day. I will stay here again next time.

I recently visited Changsha and stayed at this hotel. I was very satisfied! The hotel is in a great location, right next to the subway station and surrounded by a wealth of delicious restaurants. The room was stylishly decorated and well-equipped, with everything you need, including a smart toilet and HDTV. The front desk was attentive and helpful with itinerary planning. It was a great value for money and I'd definitely stay again!

商務出差首選維也納！酒店離高鐵站打車半小時，有免費停車場，對開車黨太友好。房間裏辦公桌椅很寬敞，WiFi 流暢不卡頓，開視頻會議完全沒問題。最貼心的是提供免費洗衣房和烘乾設備，出差一週衣服隨時換，再也不用帶一堆行李。前台服務專業又高效，下次出差還選這家！！！

Firstly, the service is extremely good and marvellous...the CS called 棒棒棒 is very helpful and get me to the local pharmacy for buying the medicine asu nephew encountered diarrhoea....appreciate if her help. Secondly, I must praise their laundry service as we just handover our clothes to them for washing with FOC....this service even in global 5 star hotel also can't compete as it is chargeable. I think the shortcomings will be the gym facility as quite outdated with less maintenance..don't waste it as there is such big place for gym

The hotel is about 200 meters away from Chigangling subway station. Walking is not too far but if you have a big suitcase with you it's not really convenient. The hotel is not bad, just ok. The staff can't speak English so don't expect much from them but they are freindly though.

Hygienic: The room is very clean, the area is large, the bedding is very comfortable, and the automatic toilet flushes. Environment: The view is particularly good. After all, the floor is high and it is not noisy at night. The river view room can directly see the river view of Orange Island Head and the other side. It is beautiful. Unfortunately, the smog has been serious in the past few days. I will experience it next time. Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, there is free laundry, and it is very intimate to be delivered to the room. Other hotels need to watch by themselves, and laundry and clothes need to stare at themselves. There are free porridge and fruit in the evening. Breakfast is also very rich, fruit, rice noodles, Western food is all available. This hotel has many branches in Changsha. Wuyi Square has seen several. If you want river view, I think I recommend this one and will come to experience it next time!
