Changsha Yuelu District Hotels

For our family trip to Changsha (2 adults, 2 children), we were looking for a conveniently located hotel as we planned to visit Changsha Fantawild the next day. We initially considered Wyndham, but then discovered the Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel, and our stay there truly exceeded all expectations. Our booking was for a triple room, which included breakfast for three. The hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was a standout feature: instead of the usual standing in a queue at the front desk, even at other luxurious hotels, we were seated at individual counters for a personalized and smooth process. Elevators require key card access to select floors, and even takeout deliveries are brought to your room by a small robot, ensuring excellent security. The room was incredibly comfortable. Upon entering, there's a spacious walk-in closet, followed by a large floor-to-ceiling window. There were two beds that could be pushed together. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and there were two sinks along with a vanity table. The absolute highlight was a small bathtub positioned right by the floor-to-ceiling window – I even managed a relaxing soak before checking out on our last day! Everything perfectly matched the hotel's promotional images. We were so captivated upon entering that we completely forgot to take any photos. I thought the breakfast was just average, although there was a good selection. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a petting zoo. I heard the pool is an infinity pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check it out. The petting zoo is quite small but perfect for a quick stroll with the kids. The entrance tickets were complimentary from the hotel, though a feeding package cost 20 RMB per portion. Each room is supplied with 6 complimentary bottles of Bama mineral water daily, and the free tea selection even includes two pour-over coffee packets. The hotel is directly accessible from the Culture Center station on Metro Line 2. From the metro exit, you can walk straight through Jinmao City Shopping Mall to the hotel, avoiding any sun exposure. It's a true all-in-one destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the Cultural Center is right next door. My only regret is not booking for two nights!

Ascott Xiangjiang FFC in Changsha exceeded all expectations, offering a truly luxurious stay in the heart of the vibrant Xiangjiang district. The room was absolutely exceptional—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. The staff went above and beyond, providing top-tier service with a warm, welcoming attitude, and the amenities, from the well-equipped gym to the delicious breakfast options, were outstanding. It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting Changsha, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

I am very satisfied with the service and environment of this hotel. The subway is next to the hotel and the transportation is very convenient. The room was clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast was also very delicious with a lot of variety. Xiaoyou at the front desk is enthusiastic and proactive in providing help.

An exceptionally pleasant stay, highly recommended! I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The entire process, from booking to check-out, was smooth. The hotel has a great location, convenient for dining and shopping, and not far from the subway station and major attractions. The receptionist, 003, was very friendly and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was larger than I expected, clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The soundproofing was also good, making it very quiet. The hotel facilities are new, the Wi-Fi signal is strong, and the breakfast has a wide variety and tastes great.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this hotel in Oct., 2024 and liked it very much. Great Service, clean environment, professional staffs and convenient location made our stay so enjoyable. I went to Changsha for the ***** New Year and returned to this hotel again, and had great time during my stay. The front desk staff Lily(唐明）is such a wonderful lady who is always ready for her customer. She’s very patient and professional. She stepped further to help me in the gifts deliveries. I want to thank her very much. I certainly will return to this hotel on my next trip.

The front desk was very considerate and the recommended restaurants nearby were delicious, with authentic Hunan cuisine. Yanghu Ramada Hotel is of a higher grade, the front desk service attitude is very good, the transportation is also very convenient, there is a subway station 200 meters away, and you can see the hotel when you look up from the subway station, it is easy to find. The restaurant environment is very good, I love the noodle soup. The facilities and equipment are complete, and the laundry room is what makes me feel good after staying in so many hotels. There are also many attractions nearby, there is a Yanghu Wetland Park, which is only ten minutes' walk away, and the scenery is pretty good. In summary, it is very good and satisfactory. If I come to Changsha again next time, I will choose Ramada

The reception service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with good sanitary conditions. The beds, furniture, toilets and other facilities were complete and functioning properly. The service staff responded to our needs in a timely manner, such as providing additional toiletries, changing bed sheets, etc. They were all very enthusiastic in receiving us without being impatient. It is close to the business district and has complete surrounding facilities. It is very convenient and worth recommending. It is very cost-effective.

First of all, I would like to commend every colleague who has served me at this hotel. Each and every one of them has genuinely provided exceptional service to the customers, ensuring that I had three comfortable nights both physically and mentally. Lastly, the hotel facilities were excellent. For future visits, I suggest providing bathtub liners. The location is actually very convenient, right by Exit 1 of Meixi Lake West Station on Line 2. As soon as you reach the surface, turn right (there is currently a construction site), and it's just a 3-minute walk. When you step out of the hotel on the ground floor and turn right, there is a FamilyMart convenience store across the street. Line 2 can take you to all the major attractions in the city center. It's perfect!
