An Amazing Stay – Exceptional Hotel & Even Better People! I had such a fantastic experience staying at Fungee Hotel that I genuinely wanted to take the time to leave this review. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean and well maintained the hotel was. The atmosphere is modern, relaxing and welcoming, and the location is absolutely amazing — extremely convenient and perfectly situated for getting around and enjoying everything nearby. My room was superb. It was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. After a busy day, it was genuinely a pleasure coming back to the hotel. However, what really turned a great hotel stay into a memorable experience was the incredible customer service, especially from Belly, Du and Wu. These three were simply amazing. ❤️ Belly, Du and Wu went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after throughout my stay. They were always friendly, polite, attentive and genuinely happy to help. Their kindness and warm personalities made such a difference, and it never felt like they were simply doing their jobs — they genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. Good customer service can make a hotel stay enjoyable, but people like Belly, Du and Wu are what make you want to come back. Fungee Hotel is very fortunate to have them, and they deserve special recognition for the way they treat their guests. Thank you Belly, Du and Wu for your kindness, hospitality and for making my stay so special. You were honestly one of the highlights of my visit! With the fantastic location, beautiful and spotless rooms, great atmosphere and exceptional customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Fungee Hotel again. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Wuyi Square, making it easy to get around. The high-altitude river view is absolutely stunning, and you don't have to worry about noise. The butler service was consistently excellent. They apologized profusely because our room wasn't cleaned in time, which delayed our check-in. To make up for it, they booked a private 'Storm Spa' session for us and even provided complimentary breakfast. Overall, the facilities and service completely justify the price. They don't neglect service just because it's a popular '网红' (influencer-favorite) hotel, and the experience is quite unique.

Facilities: New and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very clean. Service: Excellent. The hotel is right by the subway exit, which is incredibly convenient and offers great value for money. I'm very satisfied. There's a supermarket downstairs, and they also provide tour routes. The bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel breakfast is also delicious. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely stay here again.

Plus, there's a complimentary afternoon tea, making the value for money absolutely unbeatable at this price point. 1. It boasts an excellent location in a bustling area, yet the soundproofing is simply divine. I didn't hear a single peep from next door. The bedding provides ample support; my back didn't sink in when I lay down, and I slept even better than I do at home – I almost thought I'd been put under a ”can't-get-out-of-bed spell.” 2. Check-in was swift, check-out didn't involve room inspections, and the laundry room is open 24 hours with valet laundry and drying services. These are the details that aren't specifically advertised but truly show a hotel's genuine attentiveness. There were no unnecessary formalities throughout my stay; they simply elevated what should be standard services into bonus features, making many competitors seem rather perfunctory. 3. The hygiene was incredibly meticulous. The white sheets were spotless, without a single stain or hair. When I lay down, the fabric felt so skin-friendly, like sun-dried cotton and linen. I didn't sweat at all, even when tossing and turning throughout the night, and the pillow had just the right firmness to support my neck. I truly had a deep, restful sleep. Based on these three points alone, this hotel far surpasses many others in its price range. I will definitely stay here again next time.

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Changsha Wuyi was a pleasant surprise! The room was spotless and fresh, the bedding was soft to the touch, and the spacious layout meant it never felt cramped. The bathroom was immaculately clean with excellent wet and dry separation, even the corners were perfectly tidied. The soundproofing was fantastic, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep despite being in the bustling city center. The in-room Wi-Fi was fast, and the complimentary drinks in the fridge were a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, patiently offering suggestions for nearby attractions. The housekeeping was thorough and meticulous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, pastries, and fruits, and items were refilled promptly. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring and shopping. Overall, a great experience.

My stay in Changsha this time was a pleasant surprise. The hotel boasts a prime location, with a stunning 93rd-floor lobby offering expansive views that create an incredible ambiance overlooking the city. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Camille and the team were all very patient and promptly addressed any issues we had. Staying here made our trip and sightseeing incredibly hassle-free.

Park Hyatt Changsha | A cloud-high private residence that breaks away from standardization, a truly 10/10 experience. Among the many luxury hotels in Changsha, what impressed me most about the Park Hyatt Changsha is its non-formulaic luxury, full of unique warmth and sophistication. It’s definitely a place I’d give a perfect score to from the bottom of my heart after staying. Perched high up in the IFS building, located in the bustling Wuyi Square, yet it manages to create a secluded oasis. Entering through the fourth-floor courtyard, you’re instantly shielded from the outside noise. The cloud-level lobby on the 62nd floor incorporates art installations inspired by Xiang embroidery and Liuyang fireworks into the space. There's no exaggerated display, but rather a warm, understated, and well-thought-out mansion-style design that perfectly blends Hunan's local aesthetics with Park Hyatt's discreet luxury philosophy. All guest rooms are located above the 54th floor, offering expansive floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the Xiang River and city skyline. Double-glazed windows completely block out the city's hustle and bustle. The bedding, bathroom amenities, and minibar offerings are all excellent. The turndown service is meticulously detailed, never intrusive, yet always making you feel well cared for. The biggest surprise was undoubtedly Restaurant Leela. As the hotel's main dining establishment, it completely shatters the stereotype of high-end hotel restaurants being all looks and no taste. Its culinary approach, blending Hunan and Cantonese cuisines, not only retains the rustic flavors of Hunan but also refines them exquisitely, resulting in outstanding and well-balanced tastes. Dining with floor-to-ceiling windows offers panoramic views of the Xiang River and the entire city, providing a dual feast for both taste and sight. Whether it’s for a formal meal or a casual gathering, the food, environment, and ambiance all stand up to scrutiny, making it a huge plus for the hotel. The service is another major highlight of this hotel. There's no overly solicitous routine; the staff strikes just the right balance. Check-in, inquiries, and requests are all handled efficiently and appropriately. From the concierge to the room and restaurant staff, their attitude is humble and professional, with service stemming from genuine thoughtfulness rather than robotic adherence to procedures. Among hotels in the same luxury tier, its value for money is truly outstanding. The hardware specifications, dining quality, and service level perfectly match its pricing, without any inflated premium. It doesn't win by relying on fleeting online trends, but by providing a tangible living experience, delicious food, and comfortable service, creating a complete and satisfying stay. Overall, it's perfectly suited for both city vacations and business trips. The hardware, dining, service, and ambiance are all top-notch. The unique and personalized details made this stay truly memorable, making it worth revisiting time and again!

This stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and polite, patiently answering all my questions, and check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel has a simple, oriental style, and the lobby has a very comfortable Zen-like atmosphere. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was well-soundproofed, making it very quiet at night. There was plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The staff were attentive and responsive. It's rare to find such a comfortable place to stay after a long journey, so I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This hotel chain, with its standardized facilities across the country, is excellent. The service is also great. On the first day, we weren't happy with the standard room we were assigned; the window was small, the bathroom was dark, and the overall lighting in the room was poor. It was my first time seeing a standard room like that at Atour. After mentioning it to the front desk, they immediately moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type. This is what's so good about chain hotels – they value guest feedback and resolve issues promptly. The location is also excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk to Wuyi Square, and it's quiet at night. The air conditioning is also very quiet. If you send laundry to the laundry room, an auntie will wash it and bring it back to your room. There's also a delicious BBQ stall that only opens at night, right in front of a convenience store not far from the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Service: The front desk staff kindly upgraded my room for free. The room was quite spacious, and their service attitude was excellent. Hygiene: The room was very clean, and all the amenities were complete. Location: The hotel is right outside Exit 1 of Changsha Railway Station's subway, making its location superb and very convenient for getting around.
