Changsha Yuhua District Hotels

The service was very good as they messaged me to be clear of where to go when I arrived and they were very attentive if we needed help. Unfortunately, the photos online do not match the room as we had dirty carpet and chairs with stains all over them. The bathroom also was not very fresh in appearance and the towels had some hairs on them. The bed was clean and the price was on the cheaper side but from what was advertised we were disappointed.

The midnite shift front desk guy not so friendly and looks very fierce. The centralised air-cond not friendly to operate as very hard to adjust the temperature n fan speed. Stay for 3 person but towels, selipars, drinking water, cups n other basic toiletries only given 2. Need to request for the 3rd one. Breakfast is good just limited sitting area. Self service laundry site very good. A very helpful staff there whom help us wash n dry our clothing and drop over to our front door once done. This was a very good service n kudos on this. Check out very fast n smooth n the front desk are very polite n friendly. Applause to them. Despite a little miss service..overall this is a good hotel n recommended to stay..very near to metro station..just turn left from hotel n walk less than 10 min, will reach the lift to metro station..

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good, there is a special snack street near the hotel, which is very convenient, the surrounding environment is very good, there is a supermarket next to it, there are various restaurants downstairs, and there are supper shops in the evening, with a lot of food to choose from. It is very close to the subway line 5, exit 3 of Muqiao station, which is very convenient. I will consider staying next time I come. Very satisfied

The hotel is in a good location, close to the South High-Speed ​​Railway Station. The front desk service is also good. The room type was upgraded for free when checking in.

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

The room is clean and tidy. It is quite comfortable and spacious. There is also a sofa. It is quite comfortable. It is economical and affordable to stay on a business trip. Recommended. I will choose it next time I go on a business trip. The transportation is also convenient

Cost effective hotel, short car ride to the south railway station. Lots of food options around. 25 minutes walk to the subway station. Good for a night's stay.

The location of the hotel is the best. Just walk to the east exit of Changsha South railway station. On the left side there is a large hotel name (only in chinese). There is an escalator up to the hotel. Very convenient for people who travel to the airport by Maglev train. The room is clean and cozy. There is no smoking odor in the room. The buffet breakfast is included in the room booking, (even it is was written there is no meal) included chinese food and some bread.

rooms on the 17th floor offered a great view of the surrounding area. Convenient to go to changshanan station Breakfast menu was great with a lot of options for vegetarian.s
