Changsha Furong District Hotels

I recently stayed at Fungee x Hotel Wuyi Sq had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every need. The room was spotless, modern with big projector screen, and very comfortable. They even provide free door to door laundry services.

Room is big. Bed comfortable. Breakfast more local Chinese style. Reached hotel past midnight. Could not fully explore and enjoy Hotel facilities. Will consider staying at this hotel on my next trip.

This experience exceeded my expectations, so I would like to comment manually: The room is clean and quiet, in the high area, with sufficient air conditioning (a little too much 😄), no noise, and fruits and snacks were provided, which warmed the hearts and stomachs of guests who arrived at the hotel late at night. Although the breakfast variety is not particularly rich in five-star hotels, it is delicious and of good quality. The customer service is very warm and friendly, especially the check-in front desk lady and the concierge brother. When I checked out this afternoon, the power bank and power supply were left in the room. Because I was waiting for the car, the two helped me get the power bank back in time, and the brother also took the trouble to help me take down a very thick book. Thank you again, it's very heartwarming. The only drawback: sometimes it takes a little time to wait for the elevator.

Extremely satisfied! Our personal host, Lisa, contacted us a day in advance, sending the hotel's route map, a food guide, and local tips. Our room was on a high floor with a fantastic view, and its location directly opposite the Provincial Military District made us feel very safe. When we checked out, we accidentally left some items in the room, and Lisa promptly helped retrieve them and left them at the front desk for safekeeping. We truly appreciate her help and will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Changsha!

I stayed at the Habitat Hotel and its location is truly unbeatable. It is situated right outside Exit 5 of Changsha Railway Station, with direct access to Metro Line 2 and Line 3, making it incredibly convenient for both intercity travel and getting around Changsha. Whether you are arriving by high-speed rail or heading to popular attractions around the city, you can get to the hotel within minutes of stepping off the train or subway—no need for taxis or long walks. This made my stay stress-free and efficient, especially with luggage. If convenience and transport access are your top priorities, Habitat Hotel is an excellent choice. The proximity to the stations saved me time, and I could easily plan day trips and catch early trains without any rush.

Everything was perfect ! Good service and location , direct access to IFS and near metro. Many food choices nearby ! About 4-5km to Changsha railway station. Reached hotel in the morning and hotel kindly provided early check-in. Hotel staff also send me pdf full of food options. Hotel placed a fruit platter in my room and turn down service ( without me asking). Requested late check out via wechat which was convenient.Room is new, neat and clean ✌️Definitely will be back at Hyatt Changsha again !

Overall: The hotel boasts a great ambiance and excellent cleanliness. Its proximity to the subway, just over 400 meters, is incredibly convenient. Front Desk Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive to all inquiries, even guiding me on how to use the laundry facilities. Cleanliness & In-room Facilities: A major highlight was the 'Xiaodu' smart home system integrated throughout the room, which truly elevated the guest experience. The cleaning staff were fantastic; they meticulously tidied the room every day, ensuring it was spotless. It was such a pleasure to return to a perfectly neat room after a day of exploring. 👍 Soundproofing: Soundproofing was also impressive, thanks to the thick room doors and plush carpets, making for a very quiet stay.

I really made the right choice for this hotel! The high-floor view is incredibly spacious, offering a clear view of the city during the day, and the neon lights at night create a truly atmospheric atmosphere. The location is also fantastic, super close to the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, saving me a lot of travel time. The room was also a delight, with a simple yet sophisticated decor and a lot of attention to detail. It was incredibly comfortable. I'd especially like to praise the service of our housekeeper, Xiaotian. She was incredibly thoughtful! She even came downstairs to pick up takeout and washed, dried, and returned my clothes. It was truly heartwarming to receive such thoughtful service while I was away from home. Thumbs up!

After returning from Zhangjiajie, I continued my stay at the Mako Hotel. Its location is super convenient, right by Wuyi Square in Changsha, and the room was comfortable and clean. The only real letdown was the breakfast. The buffet selection in the open dining area wasn't very extensive, although they do offer an à la carte menu. We stayed for four days in total. Only on the first day did a server inform us about the à la carte option. For the rest of our stay, no one mentioned it, and other guests around us didn't seem to order anything either, probably assuming it was an extra charge. We ordered two cheese rolls, and the server surprisingly told us it would take 20-30 minutes to prepare one! What kind of restaurant takes that long for a simple item? It was clearly a tactic to discourage guests from ordering à la carte. After we'd ordered a few other items, the server casually took the menu away, clearly signaling we couldn't order anything else. By the time we left, our order wasn't even complete. We were too bothered to complain further, so we just left. Honestly, if you're so concerned about guests eating too much, then don't even offer this à la carte option in the first place. Furthermore, just before breakfast service ended, two people who looked like hotel management were openly taking food from the buffet and eating it themselves in the dining area. I've truly never seen anything like that. If you're concerned about food waste, at least wait until all the guests have left before you start eating! Aside from the breakfast experience, everything else was actually quite good.

It's OK, but the phone in the room is broken and they won't repair it. It's very inconvenient to ask the customer service for things when the robot picks up the takeaway. The breakfast is average. The room is quite spacious. It's OK for this price. There is room for improvement.
