The room was large and beautiful, with a great view. The room was also very new and super clean. The staff were extremely attentive and always provided everything we needed, and they even remembered what we liked for breakfast. 小方 and 思思 were very helpful with matters ranging from the hotel to booking tours. The breakfast had a good variety of food and everything tasted delicious.

Location, view and modern design and infrastructure are main attractive parts of this hotel. Swimming pool is very decent too. Whilst the service is overall good and at par of those of 5-star hotels, I was not particularly happy about the room upgrade where after I decided to pay 250 yuan, but only to get a very narrow view of the river, which was way below my expectation. It would be great if the front desk staff could tip me about this condition. Everything was good.

Excellent breakfast. Very high standard food. We had a river view room. It's amazing. Perfect location for all actions. Night life is just around the corner but not disturbed as hotel is located 48 storey high.

This should be the best hotel in Changsha. You can experience the professionalism of the staff and their attentiveness to the guests. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth. The service of the guest relations department is also very extreme, and the needs of the guests will be met as much as possible. The hotel is located above IFS, which is very convenient for eating and shopping, but you will not be disturbed (because the hotel's pick-up and drop-off point is on the 4th floor, avoiding the noisy crowd on the first floor). This is very good. The door on the first floor is next to Maxmara, which ensures privacy while being quiet in the hustle and bustle. It is a bit regrettable that the steam room in the spa area on the 48th floor is under maintenance. I hope I can use it next time I stay.
