I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

This place is super close to Malanshan Yazui Park; you can literally see it from your window. Lydia was an absolute gem – incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions and go above and beyond. The hotel's business meals were delicious, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. The entire place was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet room. Plus, the night views were absolutely stunning!

The hotel is in a good location, the service staff are very enthusiastic, the room is also very clean, and the breakfast has a full range of options. I stayed here with my friends and really liked it. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha.

Went to Window of the World, this hotel is very close, parking is convenient. Go to the pedestrian street to take the subway, the subway entrance is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The room was generally clean, though a bit of dust on the bedside table could be cleaned. The facilities were complete, and although it faced the street, it was quiet with few cars passing by at night. The staff was friendly, and the 3:00 PM check-out option for members was a nice touch.

This is a very nice hotel. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend them. It's very close to Metro Line 3, making it convenient to Wuyi Square and Orange Island. The overall hotel environment is great, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast room is designed in my favorite style with an elegant environment. Highly recommended!

The accommodation process is very fast. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs. It feels very safe. The room is very spacious. It is large and has a good view from the floor-to-ceiling glass. Compared with the price of more than 100, it is already very good and very cost-effective. The air conditioning, curtains and TV in the room can be controlled in small steps, which is very convenient. If you are staying in Longtang, this hotel is a good choice.

The front desk changed the room type with a lower price without consent, and then changed it back to the original room type after finding it. 2. There are patches on the hotel sheets, it should have been a long time since it was replaced. The flaws are not concealed, at this price, the price of this hotel is still very high

The hotel facilities are new, clean, with powerful air conditioning. There is an underground parking lot. There is a restaurant street nearby. It is about a 10-minute walk from Changsha University. It is close to the subway station and is convenient for travel.
